Best silicone cock ring on the market
I'd say the Tantus cock rings are the best silicone rings on the market now. They do cost more than the cheap jelly rings or the super thin silicone cock rings, but these rings are perfect for guys who are looking for a high quality ring without having to make the switch to metal.

Pros
high quality silicone, good fit
Cons
lack of variety in sizes
Silicone cock rings are awesome because they are relatively inexpensive compared to some nicer metal cock rings. They are also safer than metal rings in that they can be cut off if sizing was done improperly. The Tantus silicone cock rings are top of the line; they're 100% premium silicone, very soft, and nice and flexible. Having several metal rings, I went ahead and and bought the 1 7/8 inch size (intermediate). I figured since the ring is flexible I would be able to go with a smaller size (I normally use 2 inch rings). Boy, does that small change in diameter makes such a huge difference. While the fit is still comfortable , it is a little snug
One bad thing about Tantus' line of rings is the lack of a good variety of sizes. Tantus labels their ring with beginner (2 inch diameter), intermediate (1 7/8 inch diameter), and advanced (1.5 inch diameter). The way the the ring fits, I would have liked it if they made something slightly larger than 2 inches.
Even though the ring is really silky feeling, it does snag up on skin if there is some pressure up against it. The width of the ring adds even more surface area to rub against it so I would highly recommend using a water based lube to aid with easing the ring on. Tantus claims that although their toys are silicone, they're pure enough that they can be used with high quality silicone lubricants but I have yet to try it myself. I don't really feels its necessary for this application though since all you need the lube for is to get the ring on.
The ring is really easy to clean, all you need is some soap and hot water. Since it is silicone you can also boil it or dunk it into a bleach solution.
