Pros
Affordable, easy-to-use, various sizes
Cons
Uhh... You might confuse them with hair ties accidentally?
These are the most basic of cock rings, and I highly recommend that those new to playing with cock-rings start here. No, they aren't the Cadillac of rings, but when you're starting out, it's good to know you're not likely to end up going to the ER to have a solid metal ring cut off your stuff (seriously, this was my fear when I first used rings).
For those in non-metric countries *ahem*, the rings roughly work out to being 1", 1.5" and 2" in inner diameter. Being rubber, they stretch - this is both a good thing and a bad thing. It's good, because it makes putting them on easier. It's bad because they aren't exact for measuring for later, solid rings. The 1.5" ring may work well in rubber, but when it comes to metal, you really need a 1.75".
These are basic, affordable, and a great way to start into playing with cock rings, which are great for prolonging time to orgasm and for more intense orgasms. Because they are rubber, if you have to cut a session short, you don't have to wait to go completely flaccid to take them off - you just have to GENTLY stretch them over your scrotum and penis (gently being the key - if sized well, the blood will engorge both scrotum and cock, making you harder and last longer, but may also make your scrotum much more sensitive). If an emergency arises and you do need to have them cut off, you're not $30-80 for an expensive ring, and you probably won't have to go to the ER and get an awkward story out of the ordeal so long as you either a) have VERY steady hands in a crisis, or b) have someone with you whom you trust with scissors near your stuff.
Clean-up is easy, as these are made from firm rubber - just rinse in warm water, spritz on some of your preferred toy cleaner, rinse and towel or air dry. Periodic oiling with a rubber conditioner may increase the lifetime of the rings, particularly if you don't use them in a while, but I haven't found this to be problem thus far as the material seems pretty resilient to cracking with age. Then again, I live in a very humid environment, so your milage may vary.
Worst-case scenarios aside, seriously - if you've never tried cock rings before, you owe it to yourself to try these. Cock rings are one of those things that most people never think to try, but when they do, they're sold.

Experience
These were my first rings, and I still break them out from time to time. The 1.5" is great if I want a raging hard-on for behind-the-balls, the 2" is great if I just want a prolonged session, and either the 1.5" or the 1" can be used as a glans ring. My first session, I was amazed at how intense the sensation was when I finally climaxed. It's something I recommend any guy try who has any inkling for experimenting with rings.
