This penis pump is like no other! It sucks amazingly that you can adjust the pressure to how ever much you want it! It tightens around the shaft nicely and you don't have to do anything to it since it is automatic. Just stand or sit there and let it do its thing. I highly recommend this pump because it really works and does stretch out the penis and helps keep your penis hard.
