A web of disappointment
This is a great concept incorporating both a stretchy cock ring and a multi-functional bullet. However, whether I got a dud or if the whole product line if faulty, it was very disappointing. The ring began to rip and the bullet didn't work so it was a complete letdown for me. I gave it 2 stars just for the concept and design ideas.

Pros
Cute idea and look
Cons
Bullet didn't work after the first time. "Web" tore easily
This is a very interesting cock ring produced by Zero Tolerance. The cock ring has two holes where bullets can be inserted into but only one bullet comes with the ring so an additional bullet may be needed. The placement of the bullet (s) can be changed so that a variety of sensations can be felt by both partners. The ring itself is very stretchy, stretching from 2 inches up to 3 inches in diameter. This cock ring was apparently made to celebrate Halloween due to the spider web design and the packaging.
The different positions the bullet can be placed are 1- through one hole where the bullet is along side of the penis which provides the female with clitoral stimulation. The second position is where you place the bullet through both holes and the penis lays directly on the bullet. If a second bullet is used, the variations of the placement increases and allows for additional stimulation to both partners.
Although the ring is 1/4 inch thick, the holes began to rip after the first use. The ring is made from TPR which is known to be stretchy. It is made of food grade materials. It rates 7 on the Eden's safety scale of 1-10 with 10 being the safest of all materials. TPR is hypoallergenic, latex free, phthalates free, and is non porous. The design allows for both nubs and ribbing on the ring. For those who enjoy textures, this ring does provide the sensations.
The biggest disappoint to me next to the fact the ring started tearing, was the bullet. It is advertised as a multi-functional bullet with six different settings. Supposedly, the bullet has a low, medium, and high steady vibration and then three different vibrations. When I first took it out of the packet and briefly tried it out, there were six settings. However, when we went to use it later that night, it would not turn on at all. I took the 3 LR44 size batteries out and re-inserted them but it still wouldn't work. The bullet also advertised it as being waterproof but since it wasn't working, I found no need to try out this aspect of it.
The ring had no smell when it was taken from the original package and I had no need to taste it. Only water based or silicone lubricants should be used if any is needed. We did not find the need for any lube to be used. Clean up is easily completed with warm soapy water or commercial toy cleaner.
The ring comes packaged in an clam shell package with cross bones and skulls on the front with red and black print. The back of the package shows the various ways of using the ring with the bullet in different positions. One positive aspect of the toy is that there is a thin piece of plastic at the battery case to keep the batteries from accidentally getting turned on in shipping. It is easily removed and could be used storing it.
The ring is obviously a cock ring to anyone who sees it as well as the bullet being pretty clear as to what it is so while the toy is small and compact, traveling with it could be embarrassing if it happens to fall out somewhere.

Experience
I had high hopes for this ring, thinking it looked really cool with its spider web design and a bullet to boot. When I first turned it on after receiving it, it worked fine. However, when we tried to use it that night, the bullet wouldn't work and the ring actually started ripping at one of the holes. We tried using the ring without the bullet and I did feel the nubs and ribbing. We even tried to use another bullet with it that was the same size as the original one but that is when it started to rip and we just discarded the whole thing.
