The Macho Ultra cock ring by Nasstoys is a multiple stimulating cock ring. The ring itself is stretchy, almost too stretchy to prolong an erection, but has four nubs on it to provide additional stimulation for the guy. At the top of the ring is a removable bullet. This bullet provides nine different vibration levels that provide clit stimulation. The bullet casing is covered in little nubs that allow for additional stimulation. At the other end of the ring hangs two balls that add stimulation to the anal area.

The cock ring is reusable and is waterproof. To test the degree of waterproof, we submerged it in the hot tub where it stayed for about twenty minutes. The bullet was on the entire time and when we removed it, the bullet was still working. Once we removed the bullet and opened the compartment that held the batteries, we did not find any moisture or water. The batteries were dry when removed also.

The ring is made of jelly and has the jelly, rubbery feeling. This particular ring comes in two colors, blue and pink. We opted for the blue one which arrived and was a bright blue - the color of the ocean. The ring can be cleaned with a commercial toy cleaner or with warm water and anti-bacterial soap. Jelly does attract lint and hair so it should be stored in a lint free storage container by itself. Either water based or silicone lubricant can be used with this toy. However, we did not need any lube when we used the ring.

The ring is stretchy and can fit most sizes. However, we found it to be a little too stretchy and did not provide any restriction to hubby's penis. The bullet did provide added clit stimulation and the balls dangling from the underside provided some external anal stimulation. The beads could be stretched and used as anal beads but because the material is relatively thin and stretchy, we chose not to use them as anal beads for fear that the material attaching them to the ring would break and they would be lost.

The bullet can be removed from the jelly cover and the three watch batteries can be removed and replaced. The batteries have not weakened or needed replacing after several hours of running. The bullet is controlled by a push button on the end of the bullet.

We have used this ring several times, in and out of water.
