4-way Dud
I really had high hopes for this one. It looked like something my husband and I could enjoy together. He didn't have it on long enough before it ripped apart. I would still like to try a vibrating ring on him, but I'll make sure to carefully select our next one.

Pros
easily stretches
Cons
one of the bullets didn't work, vibrations were a bit strong, duck bill ripped open
At first glance, I knew I wanted this item to be a bit more adventurous with my husband. What I got was a broken cock ring and a purple penis. (I'll explain on that in a bit)
The 4-way cock ring comes in a box that clearly shows you what's inside; 2 bullets and a stretchy ring with two "duck bills" where the bullets get placed.
It measures 4 1/2" in length. Maximum stretched length is 2" diameter, and is 1" when not stretched.
It is hypo allergenic, latex free, and phthaletes free.
However, it is made out of TPR or TPE which makes it slightly more porous than silicone, so sharing is not recommended.
The ring has a soft texture to it and is very easy to stretch. I found no odor or unwanted scratches and blemishes. I felt like a kid in a candy store and couldn't wait to try it out.
At first we placed the bullets into the holes and then lubed up the item with a water lubricant. You can use water or silicone lubricant with this ring.
You want to make sure your partner is nice and hard so that the ring stretches and slides on without a problem.
Once we slid the cock ring (the one with the stainless steel) onto my husband's penis we attempted to turn on the bullet to get him used to the vibrations. Nothing. The batteries in the bullet didn't work. We took them out and rearranged them and still came up with no vibration. A bit of a bummer, but a simple fix.
Then I placed the other ring onto his balls and turned on the bullet. This time we had a vibration and it made my husband jump! It was a bit intense for his testicles, so we switched it out for the top bullet.
Once we switched out the bullet, the "duck bill" broke. It just ripped apart. Not such an easy fix.
So here we are with a dead bullet and a ripped hole.
Just when we thought things couldn't get worse, his penis started to turn purple. He was hard and the ring seemed to be getting a bit snug on him.
We decided to take it off and count our losses.
Even though the item didn't work the way we wanted, we still cleaned it with our toy cleaner and put it away until we decide whether to toss it or give the steel ring another try.
So far, it's still sitting in our drawer.

Great review! These stretchy jelly cock ring/clit stim. type toys have so much potential, but they never quite live up to it :/
