I was really excited to get this cock ring because of the vertical orientation of the bullet. I thought this would fit nicely between my lady bits and offer blissful vibrations throughout my labia and against my clit as I made love to my husband. What we got was chaffing from the seams and a hard bullet hitting my clit during thrusting.

Pros
Vertical vibrating cock ring, can be worn above or below penis, safe material
Cons
Could feel the seams during use, bullet section hit uncomfortably on clit during sex
This cock ring is designed for his and her pleasure. It performs in the way most cock rings do by providing a tight fit at the base of the penis to constrict blood flow, thereby making the penis harder and bigger and for a longer amount of time.
This particular cock ring isn't as tight as some as it has the little extension at the bottom that can accommodate larger penis sizes or alternatively provide a tight fit around the penis and scrotum. It also differs from many vibrating cock rings in that it has a vertical bullet designed to nestle in the woman's labia with the end of the bullet reaching her clit. It can also be worn with the bullet hanging down so that it vibrates the balls of the person wearing it or the perineum if the cock ring is stretched to fit over the base of the penis and scrotum. The vibrating bullet has one speed and vibration mode that is activated by the push of a button. The bullet comes out and you could use another, stronger or weaker, bullet in its place if it is roughly the same size as there is not much stretch to the toy where the bullet is inserted. This snug fit helps keep the bullet in place and prevents it from falling out. This toy is not for anal use.
The cock ring is made out of Intramed, a specially formulated thermoplastic which is rated at an 8 on the Eden Material Safety scale. This is not stated on the packaging or in the materials included in the toy; I found this information on the Eden website. The back of the box only says that it is hypo-allergenic. Rocks Off Ltd. developed this medical grade material that feels a lot like silicone. Intramed is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, latex free, phthalate free and has a slight odor. It's smooth to the touch and has some drag but becomes quite slick with lubricant. You can use all lubricants with this material, except oil.
Intramed does stretch, but not as much as some other materials that cock rings are made out of like TPR-silicone or TPE. Here is the 4Us cock ring next to some other, more stretchy, cock rings.
The toy has a seam halfway through the inside and outside where the front and back pieces of the toy meet. There are bumps on the inside of the cock ring that my husband says don't hurt, but the seam does bother him and me. At first we didn't notice it, but after a few minutes of wear my husband said the seam on the inside of the cock ring started chaffing the base of his penis and I started feeling the seam rubbing uncomfortably on the insides of my labia.
The ring fit my husband's penis snugly, so I'm not sure if someone with a larger or smaller penis base would feel the seam more or less. I also had trouble with the end of the bullet, where the button is to turn it on, hitting against my clit too hard. When my husband was thrusting, the end of this hard bullet was shoving into me and it was not pleasurable. As with all sex toys, it comes down to personal preference and what works for your body, and this just didn't work that well for us and how we wanted to use it.
The cock ring measures about 1 1/8" in diameter on the inside when not stretched and about 2 1/4" when stretched to its maximum. Based on the size of my husband, and on other dildo's I have put this cock ring on, I think it would fit a penis/dildo with a 5" or greater circumference best. The entire toy is 5 3/4" long with the bullet in and about 5" long with the bullet out. The bullet is a little over 3" long.
The RO80mm bullet has a single push button to turn it on or off. There is an O-ring on the bullet making it waterproof. It takes one N type battery and this comes with the toy. The bullet feels like a 3 vroom to me on its own and more like a 2 vroom inside the cock ring. The vibrations carry well throughout the cock ring and my husband said he could feel the vibrations in his shaft and balls. The bullet is fairly quiet compared to other bullets I own and cannot be heard through the door. It can barely be heard through the covers, especially when it is in the sleeve of the cock ring. It's slightly louder if you take the bullet out and use it by itself. This vibrating cock ring can also be used on a dildo.
The 4Us cock ring should be washed before and after each use. Intramed can be cleaned with toy wipes, toy cleaning sprays, warm soapy water or a 10% bleach solution. It's best to remove the bullet before thoroughly washing the toy. Make sure the cap of the bullet is on tightly before washing so the O-ring prevents water from entering the battery compartment.
There was no information in the product materials about how to store the toy and I didn't find a lot online. To be safe, I would recommend storing all toys separately so that their materials don't touch. Often times touching can cause a chemical reaction and yucky toy melting.
The 4Us vibrating cock ring comes in a sturdy, black, shiny cardboard box with a clear plastic viewing window on the top. The lid fits tightly on the box and opens to one side on a hinge. There is a label on the back that shows two pictures of how to use the toy and says that it is 100% waterproof and hypo-allergenic. I really like the compact, sturdy packaging of this toy. It is one of the very few original toy packages I have kept to store the toy in. Inside the box is a piece of plastic with an indentation shaped to hold the toy.
Under this insert is a little mini brochure showing other products offered by Rocks Off Ltd.
As I mentioned above, this cock ring wasn't really for us because a) the seams were uncomfortable for both my husband and I, and b) the bullet is slightly too long and too hard, making it very uncomfortable on my clit during missionary style sex with thrusting. It is a rather functional toy though. The bullet can be removed and used separately. Another similarly sized bullet can be used in the toy. The bullet can be worn up or down depending on where you want to feel the vibrations. The bullet is quite quiet compared to many others. The cock ring is firm yet stretchy allowing it to fit different girths. What I'm getting at is that we had a less than optimal experience but I can see where this toy would work well for others. My favorite thing about it is the box it came in. It's the perfect size for the toy and sturdy enough to keep for storage.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it4 months after original review
I wish this cock ring worked better for us because it has so much potential; I love the design and direction of the bullet. There should be more vibrating cock rings out there with this design. We haven't used this toy very much because of the chaffing it causes on my husband's penis. He is, understandably, not excited to get it out and try it again when he's had the same poor result every time. Maybe we got one with a bad seam. The end of the vibrator also causes me pain when thrusting during missionary style sex. I do like taking the vibrator out and using it on my clit.
