The Y Style Clamps with Clit Clamp are from the makers at Spartacus. These clamps are used to provide nipple and clitoral stimulation. They are great to use during foreplay and sex, as they provide you with a free hand and add extra sensations for your partner. These clamps are perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced users in my opinion, and I say this because they are adjustable. Even a novice can adjust these so they barely feel them, and progressively work their way to tighter setting. These clamps are also versatile since the clit clamp can be removed and put back on as you please.

These clamps are made from metal which rates a 9 on Eden's material safety meter. The Y Style Clamps have multiple safety features, food-grade material, latex free, non-porous and phthalates free.

The metal used to make these clamps is anything but cheap. Don't let the low price tag fool you! These are quality clamps that I'm pretty positive will be around a long, long time, if not forever. My fiance and I were quite surprised at the actual weight of the clamps. They are pretty heavy! The black rubber that covers the tip of the clamp is decent quality as well.

The tip of the clamp has black rubber covers that are removable. The covers are of decent quality, much better than what I expected to be completely honest. I noted that the covers can be removed, but I only recommend this for extremely rough play if at all. If you do decide to use the clamps without the cover, I would suggest starting off at the largest setting, and slowly tighten it, rather than causing your partner an extreme amount of pain. Unless that's what you are aiming for. I know my fiance will not be using these without the covers for a very long time if at all, as it is too much for her breasts. The only downfall of the covers is that they do slide off of the clamps without much trouble.

There is no smell or taste associated with these.

The clamps are longer than I had expected, but this means it will work for a variety of different body types. The chain on the nipple clamps has a total length of 12 1/2 inches. The clamps themselves have a length of 1 1/2 inch. This is a total length of 15 1/2 inches. The chain on the clit clamp has a total length of 19 inches. With the clamp, the chain has a total length of 20 3/4 inches. This chain is fairly long, but it assures that these clamps will work for larger women or even the extremely tall! When my fiance stands up with the clit and nipple clamps attached, she has about a foot of loose chain. She is about average height, being 5'5.

They are incredibly easy to remove and put on. My fiance enjoyed wearing these while we mess around. She felt that they were comfortable to wear, as comfortable as clamps can be anyways.

The clamps fit my fiance perfectly but I am not positive this will be the case everyone. These clamps seemed to fit her pretty well, and she as small nipples. I am unsure as to how they will fit women with larger nipples.

You can easily adjust how tight the clamps are at any time. To do so, turn the screw that's located above the rubber covers. To tighten turn the screw counter-clockwise. You can loosen them by turning the screw clockwise. They loosen by the screw pushing each side of the clamp apart from one another which only allows it to close as much as you'd like. The clamps open to 3/4 of an inch, but I would only suggest using them at about a 1/2 inch. Anything higher than that and I don't believe the clamps will stay on.

These clamps worked really well for us. They did exactly what they were suppose to. My fiance does prefer to wear the nipple clamps without the clit clamp. But then again she is still getting use to it, as this was her first pair of clamps.

Maintaining your clamps are a breeze. You have multiple cleaning solutions. I wash my clamps with soap and water and I believe the majority of peope who own these do the same. If that is not enough for you, you have the option to clean them with a 10 percent bleach solution.

I do not know why an individual would want to use lube with these, but incase you do these clamps are compatible with water, oil and silicone based lubricants!

The clamps arrive to you in clam shell packaging which is fairly easy to open and close. It is not discreet at all. You can see through the package and there is a image of a woman wearing them. Inside the plastic case is a purple and yellow cardboard insert. This insert holds the metal clamps. The packaging is very minimal and contains little informaion about the product. Not that you would need much instructions to begin with, a monkey could figure out how to work these!

If you have read any of my previous reviews, you will most likely notice that I always keep the packaging for my products. I find that it is easier to find what we want when it's in the original box. We just take them out, play, clean them and place them back into it's box once they dry. However, these clamps will not be stored in its original packaging. And I would not suggest it to anybody else since the packaging takes up a lot of room. I have been storing my clamps in a plastic bag. I believe this or a toy pouch would be the easiest way to go. If you're daring, you could always just leave them out on a table next to your bed!
