Work on those kegels!
Overall, these vaginal balls are worth trying. They are a smaller size, pretty, made of glass, and great for working on kegel exercises. Also, some may find using them is sexually pleasing.

Pros
Size and weight perfect for beginners, very pretty as well, inexpensive
Cons
Might be a bit small for some users
I bet you never thought you could find this much pleasure in exercising!
Made of pyrex, these balls have some weight to them, but aren't very heavy, which may be a disappointment for some. However, they were perfect for me and would be great for beginners, because of their weight and their smaller size (compared to some of the other vaginal balls on the site). There are some slight imperfections in the glass. However, they are still very pretty and would make a wonderful gift.
Besides providing some added resistance, Ben-Wa balls provide confirmation that you are performing your kegels correctly. While going through sets of repetitions, you will be able to feel the balls rise and fall in your vagina. Kegels are a great way to strengthen the pelvic muscles, improve the tightness of the vagina, and because of this, potentially provide more intense orgasms. The great thing about using the vaginal balls, instead of doing kegels without them, is that you not only get that resistance, to make them more effective, but you are also more aware of your body (as they move) and know you're doing them correctly. So, they take all the guess work out of doing kegels.
While in use, I would always start with one ball and some lube. Squeeze gently, then increase pressure (so that your vagina has time to warm up) and insert another ball. While both are inside the vagina, it gives you a very full feeling and as you squeeze, you can feel the balls move up and down inside the vagina. You can also feel the balls as they rub against each other. While this isn't supposed to be a sexually arousing experience, you might find it so. It is very pleasant to not only feel full inside, but also the sensations of the balls moving up and down as you squeeze, can be very arousing and a great kegel workout all at once. Again, this is a personal experience and arousal happens differently for everyone, but this may happen for you, as well.
After reading some of the other reviews, and reader reactions, I want to dispel one myth: Ben Wa balls will not get lost inside the vagina. This is not possible; objects cannot get lost in the vagina. One might be afraid of the ball going far inside, and this may be mistaken for getting "stuck" or "lost," however it will come back down. Some may feel more comfortable with a string, but you don't need one. However, if you are nervous, it might be best to be comfortable with your own body before attempting this type of toy. It is best to play with one ball inserted in your vagina first, before adding another. To remove them, if you're having trouble (because they will rise up in your vagina when you squeeze- this is what they are supposed to do) simply squat and let gravity help you out as you push. You can even use a finger to ease them out. They are really not as difficult to use once you get the hang of it.
These Ben Wa vaginal balls can be disinfected in a 10% bleach solution, by boiling, or wiped down with alcohol. Since they are glass, they have a 10 out of 10 on Eden's safety scale. However, I don't really see any reason for sharing them, but if you want to do this, they can be disinfected, as mentioned above.
The balls come in a cute heart-shaped tin that works great as both as a gift box and for long term storage. It's the type of box you could leave out in your bedroom and no one would suspect a thing. The box matches the color you choose. I got the purple ones, so of course the tin is purple. The inside of the box is lined with a satin like material, with cardboard underneath. The box is great for storage, so I plan on keeping mine there.

Thank you for viewing Crystal balls – exerciser for vaginal muscles review page!
However, there is one little thing that I might like to suggest. Smaller balls might not be ideal for beginners to ben wa balls since it takes more muscle to hold them.
Nice review though!
