Wiggle Wiggle
This is a toy that doesn't lend well to those with vaginal issues that cause pain with penetration. Not really worthwhile without penetration.

Pros
Quiet, attractive toy, drawstring for removal.
Cons
Ridges makes insertion slightly painful, too big for personal preference.
I have owned a pair of these Smart Balls for a while now but have actually been a little scared to use them. I had purchased them on a whim while ordering a toy for my ex-boyfriend. They look beautiful outside of the box. A soft material and all shiny.
I used the Body Fluid lube that came inside the box, and played with my vibrator to get aroused enough to insert the balls. Even with a good amount of lube, they were hard on penetration. I have Vulvar Vestibulitis which makes insertion slightly painful, so my experience may be different than most. Because of the ridges on the outside of the balls, they created friction inside my vulva and were painful.
After inserting them, I decided to walk around for a moment and try out the functionality of the vibrations. They had a nice vibration with each step, but I had expected a bit more. I did a few belly dance shimmies which were quite pleasant with the vibrations. This toy would certainly be entertaining during dance practice.
I combined my Smart Balls with a vibrator, which intensified the experience. Placing the end of the vibrator to the end of one of the balls felt great. Using the vibrator on my clitoris was just high enough of a vibration to be felt in the balls as well.
I did have the problem where I couldn’t keep both balls inside of me, and one ended up being pushed out almost entirely. When I was done, I found removal of the Smart Balls to be difficult. It felt like a suction had been created and I had trouble finally removing it. I had slight pain in the removal as well.
I think I would enjoy the Smart Balls more if they were slightly smaller, and smooth instead of the ridges. They were easy to clean.

Experience
Combining the Smart Balls with a traditional vibrator makes for a more intense experience!

With your medical condition, these exercisers aren't so good for you...maybe try a barbell or such for Kegeling

I actually purchased this before being diagnosed with VV, so I can see your point. In the future I would go for a smooth glass or metal exerciser.
