Weak, intermittent cut-outs and hard to clean surface makes for no fun.
This toy doesn't do the job it's intended for. It is supposed to bring pleasure to the user. Instead, this user ended up in pain, frustrated and irritated.

Pros
It was free and the vibrations are on the strong end, when it works.
Cons
Poorly made, cuts out and painful if not careful.
This toy is hard. There is no give to it at all. It is easy to accidentally jab your nibbly bits with it, bringing an abrupt pause, if not end, to the festivities. There is a low, yet unpleasant, odor to the material. It really is a pain to use with the attached cord getting in the way, especially when multiple people are involved.
There are multiple settings on the unit. I believe there are supposed to be seven...at least that's what I found on there. The box it not the easiest thing to operate (even when it is working) while trying to enjoy yourself, or even with a partner. I would definitely say it is not safe for anal play due to the porous and cheap nature of the material. I would not say this is a good toy for prostrate stimulation simply because the end is so easy to jab yourself with and very hard and uncomfortable. Did I mention this toy is hard? I may be on the odd end for this, but I don't want my toy to be so hard it has no give or "padding" to it whatsoever. I like my toys to somewhat imitate flesh, even if remotely. This toy imitates a broken stick.
The vibrations may be strong, but I need more then that myself. The unit is loud with all caps on. It is not discreet as a result and is rather distracting to enjoying the moment. Lastly, the very first use with this toy, it intermittently would cut out and without me doing a thing, start up again. I guess they attached the wire's end to loose or something. I'm not messing with it. This died after three attempts to make it work. It went in the trash. Even for free, it's not worth your time.
