Waterproof G with fluttering petals
This is a cute toy, but a closer look at the smaller size would have kept me from purchasing and reviewing. Waterproof, yes. Fluttering petals, no.

Pros
Cute in appearance, curved tip can provide clitoral stimulation.
Cons
Too small to pack a punch, non-fluttering petals get in the way.
This is a g-spot vibrator by California Exotics. I really must get more careful with looking at properties (namely size) of the toys I want to buy. I purchased the Waterproof G with Fluttering Petals completely on a whim. It was chosen just because at first glance, it resembled a peeled banana and I thought it was cute. Seriously.
Perhaps if this vibrator had been as big as I pictured in my head all would be well with the world, and this toy would have earned a higher rating from me. The economical price might have been an indicator, but I didn't pay attention to that when I placed the order. Upon opening up the package, I admit I was disappointed right off the bat at how small this toy was. I expected a dildo, what I got was more like a glorified finger.
The vibration and the curved tip provided some stimulation to my clitoris. The petals do not flutter in the least, and actually kind of get in the way. I'm not sure what type of extra stimulation I expected, had they actually fluttered, but that is beside the point. As far as I can tell, the petals are purely aesthetic and unnecessary.
The vibe turns on by twisting the dial at the base, one speed. It is not too noisy at all, and the motor is decent for sure. With my fingers lubed up, I was unable to twist the vibrator off when I was done with it. The fact that this toy is waterproof was lost on me. I was not inspired to play with it in, or out of, the water.
At a paltry 3" insertable length (how did I not see this before I ordered?), I found the Waterproof G to be too short to meet my needs for stimulation of my g-spot. This vibrator is very rigid and while this may appeal to some, I find that more and more I am enjoying products with some degree of flexibility.
The Waterproof G is made with TPR silicone, which is a silicone based rubber compound. Care instructions include; cleaning before and after each use, with warm water and an antibacterial toy cleaner, or mild soap, and use only in conjunction with a water-based lube.
At $19.99, this is a little expensive for a gag gift, and by investing a little more money you could do much better in length, width, and experience. Unfortunately, this is not a winner in my books.

This toy has pretty much stayed in the bottom of the drawer. This is a novelty gift item at best.
