I turned the vibrator upside down and every which way looking for where to find the battery cap. No seam, nothing. So I just twisted on the base hoping that was where the cap was and hoping I wasn't doing anything to hurt the vibrator.

Well, what do you know, the lower 1 1/2" of the base of Vroom 8 Inch was the battery compartment cap. I quickly screwed it back on to see how I could have missed that. There was nothing to see.
