Voila! It's a Nifty Clitoral & Anywhere Vibrator
Compact, waterproof, rechargeable, body-safe, cute (mine's purple), easy to care for, long-lasting, strong, durable, and easy to use. I love the Voila and think you might, too.

Pros
Waterproof. Rechargeable. Body-safe. Compact. Durable
Cons
None
I haven't had a great deal of luck with toys by California Exotics, but I'm very impressed by their Voila clitoral vibrator. It's small (3" long, 1 3/4" across), travel-friendly, and packs a good punch for its size. It's made of smooth feeling velvet cote and it has no scent or taste. Velvet cote is non-porous, phthalate-free, and can be used with either water- or silicone-based lubes. The velvet cote is the covering, but the body is plastic, so the Voila is firm and unyielding.
One of the things that most impresses me about the Voila is that it's rechargeable AND waterproof. A lot of rechargeable toys are not waterproof, specifically those that feature a jack port on the toy itself. But there's a little flap that fits snugly and securely into the port when it's not being charged, and this prevents water from entering the toy. This feature makes it easy to clean with some anti-bacterial soap and water. Or you can use a toy cleaner. But you cannot boil the Voila or run it through your dishwasher.
Because of its shape and size, the Voila fits easily into the palm of your hand so you can glide it smoothly right where you want it. There's a raised area, a nub if you will, that is obviously meant to lay on the clit. But you can use the Voila anywhere on the body that you want (except for the usual places they tell you not to vibrate, i.e. inflamed areas). I don't normally care for vibrations on other areas of my body because they tend to hurt (the Hitachi springs to mind), but I found the Voila's vibrations to be very nice on my neck and shoulders.
However, you're not here to read about how it works as an overall body massager, are you? No, you want to know how well it performs on the clitoris. Well, my clitoris enjoyed it a lot. I wasn't able to orgasm from it alone, but then I rarely orgasm from vibrations on my clit. I think it has enough power to work better for those with more sensitive clits. I like it as a teasing warm-up toy. It's been great for that purpose alone.
Let's go into detail about the built-in control pad. There are two simple push buttons toward the bottom of the toy. If your fingers are slid over the top, just slide them back until you feel the buttons. The button on the right turns the vibe on and runs through the seven patterns. The first four aren't so many patterns as just vibrations in varying intensities. The last three are (in order): a rumbly sort of vibration that's different from the initial four settings, a fast pulsation, and a hard-to-describe pulsing and buzzing pattern. The sole purpose of the left button is to turn it off.
Of course, it comes with its own charger and takes a mere three hours to charge. There's a little light on the charger that starts out red and then turns to green to indicate it's ready for use. The charge is supposed to last a few hours, but I've yet to use it that long and so far my charge has remained as strong as when I first unplugged it for use.
I honestly have no complaints about this vibe. Sure, it didn't get me off, like I said vibes on my clitoris rarely do. Regardless, it has become my favorite clitoral vibe.
