Isis sex toy review
I assume the Isis is a good toy for vaginal exercising if you know how to use it. It doesn’t come with instructions. For a beginner toy, I don’t really understand why it didn’t. It may take a few weeks, but the results will hopefully show soon.

The Isis is a very interesting toy. I was confused as to why it didn’t have any directions. I suppose you could say I’m sex toy challenged.
I decided to put it inside me and just try and hold on to it. It didn’t seem to be doing anything, so I then tried to stand up and hold it. I was able to hold it laying down and standing up. I don’t think that was the point of the toy though. So I don’t think I'll ever get the real effect of the toy until someone shows me how to use it. I tried to tighten my muscles and then pull on it, but it easily came out. That might be what I was intended to do, but I’m not sure. [Editor's Note: The Isis is meant to be inserted into the vagina; then you tighted your muscles around the Isis repeatedly for perhaps five to ten minutes a day. This exercise strengthens the vaginal muscles.]
The Isis comes with a little piece of paper that shows you all the toys the company offers, but it says nothing about how to use the toy or anything. I think there are some toys out there that need at least some instructions for those who may not know how to use it.
I will continue to hold on to the toy for five to ten minutes a day, and hopefully, that will help. It hasn’t done anything yet, so I’m not really sure about the product. This may just not be the toy for me, but I hope I can figure it out soon enough.
I would really like to be able to control my vagina muscles. I know it can make sex a lot better and the feeling so much stronger. If I can’t figure it out, I’ll try another vaginal exerciser|Sex toys for Kegel exercises and see if it is any different. If not, this may just not be the toy for me or the thing that will help me. I might just have to go to the old fashion way and try to hold my pee, and then maybe it’ll work out later. [Editor's Note: Holding urination can cause urinary tract infections. If you wish to exercise your vaginal muscles without a toy, you can simply clench and release them repeatedly.]

I found that I used the Isis more as a sex toy then as a Kegel exercisor anyway. If you are playing with it sexually- contracting and tightening the vaginal muscles you are exercising your muscles.
