Useful, but annoying to use.
The Silver balls are small, very discreet, and easy to clean. They come in a little clear plastic box, with a pretty pattern on top.

Pros
Small, and has a case.
Cons
No directions
I tried these out, and found them to be a little weird.
I had no idea how to use them. I knew the general idea, but I had to look up what you are actually supposed to do with them after insertion. They did not come with directions.
The little metal balls are about the size of a peanut M&M, and warm in the palm of your hand in minutes. I found that once you put them in they wanted to come right back out, but maybe I put them in wrong, or didn't know how to keep them in. The Silver Balls did nothing for me in a manner of stimulation, which they are meant to do as well as strengthen the Kegel muscles.
You want to wash them with soap and warm water after each use. You do not need any type of lubrication with them, but you can if you are having trouble getting them in. You are supposed to insert the balls into your vaginal cavity, and rock back and forth with the muscles contracted. They will then begin to rub against the G-spot (that's at least what the information I read about them said) and give you G-spot stimulation while building strength in the muscles in your uterus also known as the Kegel muscles. It's supposed to be good for women trying to get back bladder control after childbirth as well. (Make sure you are completely healed first)
The little clear plastic case they come in is nice, you can keep them together and not have to worry about loose balls floating around in your toy drawer. It seems a little cheap, but it does it job.
I have heard from so many people that these became popular because of 50 Shades of Grey, but I just don't get them myself. Not really for me.
