Unimpressed and Wowless
They are pretty but have no substance. I felt no sensation, they were not particularly challenging for kegel exercises, and were overall unimpressive for the type of product it is. I wouldn't recommend these.

I have used metal ben wa balls in the past, but this was my first go at the plastic/silicone sleeve ones. I picked this set because it includes two different weights (Two 30g and two 40g) of balls and offers options that allow you use either one or two at a time, and to mix and match weights. The weights come with two different sleeves. The first one is so that you can use one ball at a time, and the second is so that you can use two at a time. I really like that the sleeves are silicone because I know that I personally do not have any reactions to the material, I can use our regular water-based lubes with them, and I can sterilize the sleeves the same way I do all of our other silicone toys. I have read other places that the balls themselves will tend to fill with water over time because they are not fully waterproof. I have had them less than a month, so I haven't experienced this myself yet.
That is kind of where my like of this product stops. Each of the balls have an inside weight that you can feel move and roll when you shake the balls in your hand, but once they were inside I couldn't feel any of the movement at all. Initially I tried the single ball by itself in the lower weight, and it made me go "meh." Next, I tried the single heavier weight with very similar results. So, after not having the results I was looking for with the singles, I switched to the mixed weight 30/40 double sleeve.
I'm not sure if this was really designed for people with a shallower vaginal channel. It barely fit. This did raise the difficulty of keeping them inside, so I guess it was semi successful for working on my kegel exercises. Sensation-wise, I didn't get any more out of the double sleeve than I did out of the single. The connector between the two balls is fairly rigid, so it does not allow for the balls to shift and bump together like some of the ones I have previously tried did. Regular walking and daily activities really do not result in any vibration for me. I suppose that if I jumped up and down on a trampoline or went for a long jog it might give me a bit of sensation, but barring that, again it was meh.
As far as using them for kegel exercises... they were okay, but not the best I've used. It wasn't very difficult at all to do the exercises with any combination of the weights, so I suppose if you were a beginner to the exercises it might be a good first set. For someone looking for more advanced exercise results or a heavier sensation, I wouldn't go with these.
