Unfinished Looking But Decent Enough
This is a nice, cute pair of white fishnets with a stretchy top. The tops look unfinished and they may slouch on more petite ladies, but I still like them quite a bit for what they are.

Pros
Cute, White color, thicker "fenced" fishnet
Cons
Tops look unfinished, toes are simply gathered and sewn, tend to slouch
These are cute, thigh-high fishnet stockings. The fishnets are a bit large and feel more like stretchy string or yarn than a panty-hose material. As a result, they are much less likely to run than many of the fishnet stockings I have worn.
The "thigh" part is stretchy and opaque, more like tights than panty-hose. I have found that they are a bit big for my thighs (for reference, I stand at 5'6 and weigh approximately 123 lbs) and tend to fall and slouch when I move around or do anything active. I have found that, although they are stretchy and may stay up well on some ladies, I have to use a garter with them. On the other hand, due to their length and stretchiness, they are more likely to fit a wider range of body types than other stockings I have tried.
Now, for the "unfinished" part. These stockings are fairly well-made for what they are - they are likely to last longer than many of my other fishnets, if only because the thickness of the netting makes them less likely to run or snag. However, if you take a look at the photos I have posted, you'll notice how the toes are put together. The netting is simply... gathered and sewn together, and doesn't look very good. My toes will pop through it from time to time, and I couldn't see wearing them with open toed heels.
The tops of the thigh highs look equally "unfinished". The netting is simply stitched onto the tops. No matter which way I put them on, either the netting is obviously stitched over the tops and sticks out, or else the tops look weird where the netting is stitched on and the seams stick out.
They're cute, and I guess they're sturdy enough, but I'm not terribly impressed by the craftsmanship. They are still one of my favorite pairs of stockings, though, and they go with a lot of things I wear. I could ignore the toes, I just wish the tops were a bit more "finished".

Experience
When I got these home and put them on, I was impressed by their sturdiness. I was a bit unhappy with how the tops slouched, so I attached them to a pair of garters. They're a bit "high" on me to wear well with garters, but they still look fine and the garters kept them from falling down. I wear these at least once a week, and they are less prone to runs than my other fishnets - and one of the only pairs I could find in white.
