Twisted...ouch.
Getting a vibrator for a free gift seemed like a great deal, and for a free gift I can't be too disappointed. However, if I had bought it at full price I don't think I would be so happy. The words "snag" and "uncomfortable" come to mind when thinking about using this vibrator vaginally. The two notches on the top and bottom (I assume that is where the name "Twisted Hearts" comes from?) are not exactly cozy.

Pros
Free gift, waterproof, can be used as a clitoral stimulator or for insertion
Cons
The notches are uncomfortable, could be too girthy, eats up batteries, vibrations could be stronger
Girth could be a pro or a con here, I suppose. If you are looking for an average girth or slim toy, I don't think you be interested in this for insertion. Though, it can still be used as a clitoral stimulator, or massage wherever else you may want. This vibe could be a fun addition to foreplay or to spice up your sex life with your partner; a little vibration in the bedroom is always a good thing!
When I first tried to use this, I used it as a clitoral vibrator, which it worked nicely for. However, when I tried to insert it (using lube, might I add) it kind of hurt. I was surprised. I tend to like toys that are a not too girthy, just little bit above average. I don't think the reason it hurt necessarily was because it was too wide, though that was definitely noticeable. The notch on the bottom that sticks out sort of snagged and didn't feel very nice. So, it didn't exactly glide with ease, it kind of had to be lubed up more and pushed a bit. Once it was inside, it felt okay. Strong vibrations, though I think it might use up batteries a little too quickly for my liking. I used it with new batteries the first time, and the next time I used it the vibrations were noticeably weaker. I used it for 20 minutes at the most the first time, and I don't think that is very long.
It takes 2 AAA batteries, and they are easy to replace. Just turn the dial all the way, the opposite direction that you turn the dial to turn the toy on (which I think is a nice detail), and tap the batteries out. It is easy to use, with the turn of the dial at the bottom. No varied vibrations, just a steady vibration and as high or low as it goes as you turn the dial. I think the vibrations could be stronger, but I always think a toy that has the ability to have really high vibrations is a good thing. I think it could be a little bit quieter, but if you have a TV on or some music, nobody should hear it through a closed door. Another good thing is that this toy is easy to clean with some soap and water, or whatever toy cleaner you use. It is TPR, and it is hypo-allergenic, latex free, and phthalates free.

Follow-up commentary

I'm not sure I like it less, but I don't really like it more. I feel about the same about this toy. It is not practical for vaginal insertion at all. I suppose if someone wanted to use it for anal play, it would not be good because there is not based. Still, I have gotten a fair amount of use from it as a clit vibe. Granted, it is pretty big and bulky, but it still works nicely for that. Plus, the batteries in this last longer than they do in any of my bullets, which kind of makes it more convenient to use more often.

Thanks so much!

The only real use I have for this is as a clitoral vibrator. For that use alone, it takes up so much storage space...

nice review!

Well one good thing is that it has the strong vibrations! Thanks for the review mistre$$ xo

Just when this became my go-to clitoral vibrator, I ended up trashing it because of the material. Infections started coming back, and it seems to have potentially stemmed from non-porous toys such as this one.
