Twisted Hearts Seduction
If you're new to using sex toys and are looking for something relatively inexpensive that offers powerful, but not extreme stimulation then this Twisted Hearts Seduction by Doc Johnson is a great toy to try out.

Best Use: The Twisted Hearts Seduction by Doc Johnson is great for beginners or for someone that's especially sensitive to powerful vibrations. I've had some vibrator's that literally made me jump when put onto my clit because they were too much for me. This is not that toy. In my opinion, it has a nice slow speed to start things up and with a twist of the switch it can increase the power and intensity of the vibrations. The higher the power and vibrations go the louder the vibrator becomes, but it is not especially too noisy. I would also like to mention that it has a large girth so I used it as a massager for clitoral stimulation. For my taste it was too big to be inserted and if I was able to insert it I believe it would have only been able to be inserted to the first tip.
Packaging: It came in a clear plastic package with attractive pink designs on it. It displays Doc Johnson Twisted Hearts Seduction on the front, and you can obviously see the massager nestled in its plastic conformed spot through the package. It did not come with any instructions, but the toy is pretty self explanatory so I feel that can be overlooked. It also did not come with any extra storage besides the indentation in the plastic where the vibrator can sit. On this toy, I'm keeping the plastic for now as storage because I found the vibrator can pick up lint and cannot just be rolling around in my lingerie drawer.
Design/Shape/Size: The Twisted Hearts Seduction vibrator comes in two color options: red/pink or purple/white. I have the purple and white. The vibrator is mostly purple with a white band at the end where you twist off for battery installation and on the bottom it has a white circle with four lines going out in each direction. It is called twisted hearts because the vibrator looks like two halves of a heart that are put back together on their side. The size of the vibrator is approximately 5 1/2" long by 1 3/4" wide and 5" thick.
Controls/Care: The vibrator is a multi-speed twist dial vibrator which requires two AAA batteries that were not included. You twist once to the right to turn the vibrator on and continue twisting to the right for stronger vibrations. Twist to the left for lower vibrations and to turn off. I found the vibrations to be mostly concentrated at the base of the head and not further down the toy. It is a waterproof vibrator so that makes clean up a lot easier. You can wash it with soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner.
Material/Texture: The vibrator is made of ABS plastic and TPR non-toxic rubber. In my hands it felt soft and slightly squishy.

Experience
I love the power of this toy. The twist dial feature allows the user to start off gently and progress through the vibrations at their own pace. I have a sensitive clit, and if a toy has too much power I am just not able to sit there and take it. This toy was not like that at all and was perfect for me to gradually get my body accustomed to the changing speeds and vibrations. I noticed on the packaging and again on a sticker that it says to close cap tightly. I did this, but if I close the cap as tightly as I think it should be then the vibrator won't turn on so the cap has to have a little bit of space in it.
Follow-up commentary
50 months after original review
Over the years, I've begun to love girthier toys, but this one has always been for clitoral stimulation only. It has never been pleasing in any manner. It was one of my first toys, and it worked as such, but once I became a more experienced toy user, I learned this just didn't come close to competing.
