Let it be known, I'm not a big fan of straight traditional vibrators. However, with all the raving reviews about this famous toy, curiosity had gotten the best of me and I just HAD to try it out for myself. Unfortunately, I was a tad bit let down.

The Blueberry Bliss is a powerhouse of traditional vibrator, intended for internal vaginal stimulation. Of course, it can also be used to stimulate external areas such as the clit, nipples, inner thighs, or anywhere else that gets your mo-jo going. Do NOT use this toy anally as there is no flared based to protect you from accidental mishaps. I do recommend this toy for beginners as it is not an intimidating size but has a variation of vibrational speeds. It would also make a great toy for couples newly experimenting with toys together. If you are looking for a girthy toy, you might want to look elsewhere. This is a waterproof toy so don't be afraid to take it into the shower or bathtub for some wet play.

The Blueberry Bliss is made of non-porous plastic. It is really rigid with no give or bend to it at all, so be careful while thrusting. The surface is smooth and becomes really slick when lubricated. Also, plastic is hypo-allergenic and free of nasty latex and phthalates. There is no smell or taste, even right out of the package. Even though plastic is non-porous it cannot be sterilized, so a condom is recommended if you plan to share this toy. There are buldges at the head of the Turbo Glider for some added stimulation and texture. They can be felt during insertion but are definitely not overwhelming for a beginner.

The Turbo Glider is a traditional style vibrator. It is a beautiful shade of blue that is translucent so you can see its inners whirling around. This toy is 6 1/4" long with 5 1/4" of that being insertable. It has a circumference of 3" and a diameter of 1", so it's not for the size queens but definitely a perfect sized toy for those new to penetration. This is not a discreet toy as it looks much like a vibrator. However, the plastic is lightweight and doesn't collect hair or lint, making it easy to travel with. It could easily be slipped into a large handbag or suitcase.

The Turbo Glider is powered by 2AA batteries. They can easily be inserted as the base of the toy by untwisting the cap, which doubles as a speed-dial. It is easy to control, just twist the dial to the desired vibration level. The vibration levels range from fairly strong to INTENSE! Because it is made from hard plastic, it carries vibrations very well throughout the whole of the body of the toy but are more concentrated at the tip where the motor is located. Consequently, with power comes noise. This is not a whisper-quiet toy on its lowest setting but could easily be drowned out by a radio or TV. On its highest setting it sounds like that it is getting ready for lift-off!

The vibrator is 100% waterproof. I have completely submerged it and no water has leaked into the battery compartment.

Plastic is super-duper easy to care for and is one of my favorite materials as far as care and maintenance go. You can simply wash it with hot water and an antibacterial soap or toy cleaner, or wipe it down with an isopropyl alcohol. Plastic cannot be sterilized. Plastic is also very toy box friendly, meaning it won't react with other materials. Personally, I store all of my plastic traditional vibes together in one box. You can use any type of lubricant with this toy, although water based does the job just fine.

There's no doubt that the Turbo Glider has a lot going on for itself. It really is a good vibe. Unfortunately, this just didn't cut it for me. It could be due to the fact that I'm not a fan of traditional vibrators, so naturally it's going to take a lot to impress. To me, this is just another traditional vibrator.

I first used this in the bathtub as part of my tub test. With the high reputation the Turbo Glider carries, I did not take anything else along as I was sure this was all I needed. My bath ended with me having to manually finish myself off while wishing I had brought another toy along. Don't get me wrong, I was surprised by the amount the power this thing has. I was even more surprised to learn that it doesn't get me off. The vibrations just don't go anywhere. They are more of the surface buzzy type, and I tend to like the deep rumbly type.

I tried using this this internally. I did not like the feeling of this while inside of me. It was not comfy at all as it's too hard and skinny. I really tried to orgasm by using this on my clit. I pressed, I rolled, I rubbed, and as hard as I tried to get off...I just couldn't. It teased my clit while on the low settings and with it's higher settings it made my clit numb and itchy. The tip is too rounded and lacks precision that my clit enjoys.
