This is a standard bullet vibe with a nice focused tip, best for clitoral stimulation. The pointed end means it's not the first choice for being inserted into toys, and the single-push-button controls require a decent grip to operate. It's very discreet, resembling a cute little lipstick tube, and can be used for massaging on the body too. Anywhere external, I'd guess. This toy would be great as a beginner vibe or for travel, for people who want something a little lighter and prettier. It hides away in a drawer or bag very easily!

The texture is a smooth, shiny plastic. It looks wonderful. The button is very pleasantly grippy, and turning it on is a joy. When I first got it I laughed as I held it up to full speed, it feels like a racecar. The plastic also is very easy to clean. Since its so reflective, it shows dirt, so be sure to be safe and clean and wipe it down before/after using.

The design is charming. It's very non-threatening for beginners: a bullet-shaped, metallic cylinder with a ring of tiny gems at the top. I bought it in silver and it's shiny enough I can see my reflection in it.

This bullet is very cute and discrete, although I would remove the battery while traveling for safety's sake, I wouldn't want it going off in my bag. The shape provides a nicely focused stimulation that feels wonderful. In addition to the tip, this bullet can be used with the broad side for a little more "all-over" feeling. The gems on the top are a cute feminine touch. While I've heard of them falling out over time, a dab of clear nail polish can seal them in tighter. That's what I did when I got mine and it's still looking fabulous.

The one problem I have with the shape is that the battery can be tricky to get out. The end with the button unscrews, and you're supposed to sort of pull or shake the battery out of the center of the longer end. It likes to bury itself in a snug fit, and I've spent some time futilely shaking the open bullet to try and dislodge the stubborn thing.

Vibrations are centered around the tip of the bullet, which is to be expected. It was very quiet, my roommate was present at unboxing time and she told me she couldn't hear it from across the room until I turned it up very high, even then it was a whisper. In my hand it felt powerful.

The controls are easy. Just a single button that lights up when it's on, a pleasant red color. The longer you keep the button depressed, the faster it vibrates. A double-press turns it off. Unfortunately there's no pulsing option or ability to lower the speed without turning it off and starting over, and I like to vary my speeds so this made it difficult to enjoy it as much as I could.

The other thing that was a killer on this product- I wanted to love it, I really did! -was the fact that often after one session with it the battery would be so drained it lost most of its power. Since it takes a rather odd sort of battery, it's hard and expensive for me to get replacements. It spends a lot of time unused simply because I can't afford to get new batteries every time I use my toy!

It's a basic plastic for external use, a quick wipe-down will suffice to keep it clean, and the o-ring keeps out water nicely for a soapy scrub. I store it right in the back of my drawer, although with the shape and attractive design you don't really even need to hide it. Taking the battery out between uses is also a good idea, to cut down on drainage.

The packaging was neither here nor there, and not terribly memorable. As the toy is simple enough, I don't think you need much in the way of instructions!

Sadly the crystal bullet was just too speedy for me. I take a while to warm up, and even with plenty of prep, the unvaried, jackrabbit speed of the thing was too much. I simply got overwhelmed and found myself unable to finish. The amount of time it takes me to adjust to the speed, combined with the quick battery drain, leads to a toy that, fun while it lasts, isn't quite what I need.

I was tremendously giddy to try this toy out, since it revved like an engine and had such a cute look. In the shower it stayed on, the splashproof o-ring is exactly as advertised, just don't submerge it. The texture got pretty slippery though, so I had to keep a good grip.

In drier settings the noise was discrete, and the bang-for-your buck for this toy is pretty darn good. In all my times using it though, the unvariable high speed has overstimulated me even on the lowest settings. If you need something a bit more rumbly and less buzzy, look elsewhere. When I did orgasm, it took me so long the battery was often drained. At high power this thing eats up juice like nobody's business, and even at half battery power there's a noticeable difference in overall strength.
