This toy came in a discreet black velvet bag. This nipple screws are made of metal, with an outer ring and four screws in a cross going through the ring. The screws can be unscrewed to allow the nipple to be put through the center and tightened to apply pressure to the nipple. The toy is simple in its design but has a wonderful execution of its purpose. It can take a bit of trial and error before you get the perfect amount of pressure with each screw, but it can apply the perfect amount of pain-to-pleasure ratio! While using it I was worried that I would be hurt by the threads of the screws, however I found that no matter how hard I screwed them I wasn't cut by them. I was also worried that the screws wouldn't retain the tightness I had set them to once I had them tightened, but they stayed firmly in place. My partner tried this, and his nipples are smaller than mine, which made things a little difficult as we had to reach through the outer ring to pull his nipples through in order to get a good latch, which took some trial and error, but for someone with slightly larger nipples, it works perfectly. I would try to avoid needing to clean this toy as I don't believe it is made of the best metal, so it may rust if you don't dry it properly, and from what I have experienced, the screws do not come out easily.
If you are new to nipple play, be sure to remember not to fall asleep with these on and also to limit their use to 10 minutes to avoid any damage to the area.
