Tingly...Eh
Perhaps if you already have quite sensitive nipples this gel will work better. The gel did, as promised, cool and tingle even if the tingles didn't last long and were slight. Personally, I would save my money and just go with ice cubes. They're free and a lot more effective.

I thought I'd give this a try to increase sensitivity as I'm not normally a nipple person. Nipple play tends to be hit or miss with me and the hope was this gel would make it easier to be a hit than a miss. Unfortunately, it was a miss. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I had hoped at least it would enhance the experience during foreplay.
Climax Nipple Gel does cool and it tingled--for a little bit. The tingling felt very weak to me and wasn't exciting at all. It was too weak to do much other than register as a new sensation. The cooling effect seemed to me to be the same you would get any time your nipples get wet and are bare.
Scent-wise, this gel isn't horrible but it isn't pleasant either. It just is. It smelled like alcohol to me--rubbing alcohol or something similar.
The taste--oh gross! This is not something you want in your mouth. This is unfortunate as once its on your nipples, your partner is not going to want to go NEAR that spot with their mouth. If they do, be prepared for them to need to spit it out. The bitterness stayed, too (like an aftertaste). We (apparently wisely, judging by other reviews) chose to keep this gel strictly for the nipples and when that was a disappointment, had no wish to experiment with it on other areas of the body. In that case, I think the bitter taste was an effective deterrent.
All in all, trying to use this gel during foreplay didn't hurt per se (although it did interrupt/hinder it with its taste and the subsequent need to spit it out) but it certainly didn't help either. It added nothing to the experience (other than the need to spit and perhaps rinse out your mouth) and the gel has been relegated to the "not to be used" pile.
