The Opus is a high quality, luxury, G-spot vibrator that is super flexible and will fit many different anatomies. It works amazingly well as a neck massager and water vibrator. For those with roommates or travelers, who need a quiet, almost soundless vibrator, the Opus is highly recommended. It does not have a lot of power, but with a bit of experimenting, should satisfy most users.

Pros
Includes toy pouch, silicone cock ring, toy wipe, lube sample. Whisper quiet. Waterproof.
Opus is designed for G-spot stimulation, but can also be used for clitoral, labial, and labial to anal stimulation as well. This is also a fun vibrator for men, it will cup the penis, testicles or stimulate the exterior anal area and can be used for shallow anal vibrations. Couples will enjoy finding new ways to tease and please their partner, exploring the G-spot area and experimenting with the vibrations and positions during penetration.
Bath and showers are a fun place to use this waterproof vibrator. The water does not dampen the vibrations and you can use this as a massager as well as sexual stimulator. When paired with warm water, both options are pretty fun with the Opus.
I like using the Opus as a neck wrap/massager when my muscles along the back of my neck get really tight. Be careful not to place it over your jugular vein and then relax and feel the knots loosen up!
Opus is made of soft, flexible silicone. Silicone has many desirable qualities and is one of the safest materials on the market, rating a 10 on the material safety chart. It is non-porous, can be sanitized, is hypoallergenic, odor-free, waterproof, chemical resistant and very durable.
The Opus is very flexible and has a decent amount of drag against your skin. This allows for added stimulation, but some lubrication is recommended to prevent soreness and grabbing. The silicone has no odor or taste and the texture is very soft and velvety. There is a slight amount of squishiness to the insertable area, due in part to no internal plastic. Internal plastic adds varying amounts of rigidity to a silicone vibrator.
This material is wonderful for beginning to advanced users. The high quality, cleanliness and soft, velvety feeling of the silicone appeals a wide variety of experience and user levels.
Opus is shaped like the bottom half of a fishhook. Unlike the fishhook though, it is as flimsy and flexible as the worm you usually find wrapped around this area. The Opus is a full 11" long when pulled out straight, but the silicone 'C' area measures 5" per side. The round, slightly curved tip is about 1"long and the open part of the 'C' shape is about 1" diameter. The back of the 'C' graduates to about 1 3/4' diameter from the bottom of the curve to the base.
The base is silicone covered ABS plastic. The first 2 1/2" of the darker purple silicone coming off the base is firm, but the remainder of the silicone vibrator is very flexible. This makes insertion a bit difficult, but allows for maneuverability and placement during use. I found the Opus hard to use and almost impossible to use for targeting either my G-spot or other areas.
I love the compact size and shape, if there was a bit of firmness to the shape, it would have worked amazingly well for me. I did enjoy teasing and massages, bath and shower play and using it to stimulate my husband's penis and testicles.
If tucked into the pouch, this is a discreet and travel friendly vibrator. The size and shape makes it easy to hide and enjoyable by beginner to advanced user alike.
A slight and gentle twist to the left will pop the base off, giving you access to the battery compartment. Insert the 2 AAA batteries that are included, line up the base and slightly twist to the right. You are now ready to use your Opus!
There are 8 patterns of vibrations which are accessed by pushing the dedicated on/off switch. This switch is the one located closest to the seam. To change the vibration patterns, push the switch closest to the end of the base.
Vibration Patterns: 1. Low steady vibration - 2. Medium steady vibration - 3. High steady vibration - 4. Building pulses - 5. Steady pulsations - 6. Low to high steady ending with three
pulses - 7. Roller coaster pulses to high steady - 8. Plateau and short pause to pulse and pause to four short pulses.
The vibrations are located about 3 1/2" from the seam where the base joins the dark silicone part of the vibrator. When the Opus is curled into its natural fishhook shape, the vibrations travel very well down the silicone. If you stretch the silicone out, the vibrations weaken severely and are localized around the motor.
Since the Opus is waterproof and made of silicone, cleaning is very easy to perform. Wash the vibrator in warm, soapy water -taking care that the base is properly tightened- and rinse well. To sanitize the Opus, you may hold the insertable area in boiling water for 10 minutes, clean with a 10% bleach to water solution or use a sanitizing toy cleaner after drying. Do not dry the Opus with a towel or other cloth, since it does have a tendency to pick up hair and lint. If the silicone gets sticky, you may rub it with a small amount cornstarch to make the material soft and smooth again.
Store the Opus either in the original packaging or the velveteen pouch that was enclosed in the original packaging. Do NOT store this with any other toys. Silicone is a very sensitive material and chemical reactions can occur, which will deteriorate the silicone and make your item unsafe for future use. Do not store in sunlight or warm areas.
Use water based lubricant only with the Opus. Other chemicals will react to the silicone and make your Opus unsafe due to material breakdown. If you are unsure about the safety of your lube, do a small patch test on an unused area to test the compatibility.
The Opus is packaged in a nice, sturdy box that is perfect for storage. It does have a watermarked picture on the front of a topless woman and man intimately embracing, which makes it less discreet than some of the other luxury packaging. There are two pull out drawers, the top one has a piece of foam which has a cut out shape of the Opus. This obviously works well for storing the Opus. The bottom drawer is shallower and holds one velveteen, un-padded, toy pouch for storage and discreetness while traveling. It also holds the instruction booklet, a toy wipe, purple silicone cock ring and sample lube.
It is possible to store the box on end, like a book, with either the drawers or the spine facing out to ensure discretion. I would give this as a gift, however, it would be given to the recipient privately.

Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore1 month after original review
The Opus is just a huge disappointment for me. The flex is too much for accurate positioning and the lack of power for the vibrations is a deal breaker. This gets used for tension headaches, it does fit nicely over my knotted shoulders.

I wouldn't think that silicone should be that sensitive. Is it just Sinfive's silicone that is so touchy? My silicone toys never have issues when they touch each other, but they are toys from Tantus, Vixen, super high quality brands.
