This "getting physical" won't require spandex and leg warmers.
I wouldn't call this an exerciser, but it makes a fabulous dildo. The silicone is great, the texture is fun and subtle, and the shape hits all the right spots in all the right ways.

Pros
Great silicone material, wonderful shape and nice little texture surprise, flexible and enjoyable.
Cons
Not really an exerciser, box has no instructions for use.
First and foremost, I don't know exactly how this thing is supposed to be an "exerciser". It's kind of long to be used in a similar fashion to Ben Wa balls. Personally, I would categorize this toy as a small dildo versus an exerciser. In that regard, it works fabulously. The silicone allows for easy insertion with proper lubrication, and the bulb on one end of it makes for a great hand hold for some personal thrusting play. The material is just firm enough to be enjoyable, but soft enough that it doesn't feel like someone is stabbing you in the uterus when play gets rough.
Speaking of the silicone, it cleans up great and is entirely odorless. It isn't porous, so it's safe to share, and it can be boiled for extra safety. It's also fabulous for temperature play, as it stays cool for quite a while during play, and when it warms up, it stays that way too.
My next beef with the Kona is that the packaging states that it can be used in "three ways". Since it's only got two ends, I am not really sure where the third application comes in. The toy does not fold in half (at least, not easily enough for me to consider that a way to use it). The box also doesn't provide any instructions, which is something else that bugged me. As someone new to vaginal exercise in any form, I would have liked at least a line or two about best use practices. This is especially true of a product from a line endorsed by a doctor. Even an extensive internet search turned up nothing on how to use it.
That said, Doctor Laura really does know her stuff. The Kona hit all the right spots at the right times. The subtle texture on the one end was surprisingly effective. The shape does lend itself to hitting the g-spot perfectly. I was impressed.
While I don't think that it will strengthen any muscles down there, it is a fun little toy to get out and go to town with as foreplay or even as a solo endeavor.

Experience
I personally didn't find it to be much of a "workout". I mean, I could see inserting the bulbous end and fighting to keep it inside as external force is applied, like someone pulling it. But, aside from that, I don't see much utility in that function. I do think it's a fantastic miniature dildo, and I was downright blown away by the orgasm I achieved while playing with the Kona with my husband.
Plus, when my son found it in my toy drawer while I wasn't looking, I wasn't absolutely mortified or worried I had somehow scarred him for life. It's a discreet shape that most people wouldn't be able to figure out what it was from just a silhouette. It might be fantastic for travel if you have to go through the TSA checkpoints.

Follow-up commentary

I very much enjoy this toy. I still don't feel like it's an "exerciser" by any definition. However, as a dildo-type toy, it serves its purpose more than fabulously. It hits all the right spots with the less bulbous end, and warms me up fantastically for the Main Event.
The silicone cleans up better than any other toy I own, unless it gets dropped on the floor in the heat of the moment, in which case we have a lot of cats and a dog (and I shed just as much as either), and it picks up hair like nobody's business.
I'd say it's a worthwhile investment... IF you're not looking for an exerciser. I don't see this being easy to keep in all day, or use in any sort of discreet manner.
And no, I still have not figured out what the elusive third use is.
