Gigi is a G-spot specific vibrator made by Lelo. It is very similar to her sister Liv, which we also use regularly, but after seeing the shape, reading the reviews and seeing that gorgeous Turquoise color, I knew I had to get one. It is mufti-functional, silicone and rechargeable. Gigi is for anyone looking for G-spot stimulation, whether beginner or intermediate.

While it is a G-spot toy, there is no reason you can't use this as a clitoral, nipple or body stimulator. The flat head offers a wide area of stimulation that can be used all over the genital area. I'd even guess it might work as a prostate massager, but I have not tried this myself. Exercise caution if using anally.

I love Lelo products and Gigi is no exception. Treat yourself to luxury, especially if you enjoy rumbly vibes.

Gigi's insertable portion is coated in pure 100% non-porous silicone and plastic on the control handle. Silicone is a 10 on the EF rating scale for safety. There is no noticeable smell from Liv and it is smooth to the touch with only a slight bit of drag. Lelo's silicone is amazingly luxurious and smooth. Better than any other I've used.

It comes in turquoise, rose or a light pink color. I'm definitely partial to the blue.

Some silicone draws dust and lint, but Lelo's is better than others and is a non issue. The include a pouch for storage too.

Gigi is great for beginners or advanced players alike, depending on your preference for size, shape. It is somewhat realistic in shape, but with a more sleek futuristic look and a flat G-spot specific head.

Gigi is made from food-grade material that is-hypo-allergenic, latex-free and phthalates-free.

Gigi is 6.5" long, with 4.5" of that insertable. The circumference is 3.5" or 1 1/8" in diameter at it's widest point. It weights about a pound and is small than photos can make it appear. It is good for travel and could easily fit in a purse. I think anyone could enjoy Gigi, if they like vibrations on their G-spot.

Compared to Ina2 and Liv

I found Gigi to be impressively quiet considering how powerful she is, which is great if you have roommates, thin walls or just don't like the distraction of loud toys. The vibrations are deep, powerful and will resonate within your body, not just on the surface. It is identical to Liv. The vibrations can be felt throughout the shaft, but seem to be centered more at the head. Unfortunately, for this price range, it is not completely waterproof, but you can soak the head in water/bleach solution for cleaning or run under the tap, being careful not to get water in the charge port. The charge port has an attached cover, but it slides out easily. It's merely to keep out unwanted dust/debris/moisture.

The controls are simple to use and intuitive. There is a four way control button that is on the plastic handle. You hold it down for a few seconds to turn it on or off. You press the left button to decrease the intensity of vibration and right to increase intensity. Pressing the up/down button changes the vibration function. You can only cycle though them in one direction, so you would have to go all the way back to either end of the spectrum to get the vibration pattern of your choice. It's a minor complaint though.

There are 5 different patterns of vibration ranging from slow escalating, pulsating to continuous buzz, with different speeds of pause in between like what is typical of these type toys.

I've seen others complain about the control layout. My perspective is from using it on my partner. I found it very easy and intuitive to use the controls, plus I was familiar with the Lelo functionality already. I suppose for solo use it could be a bit more difficult to change settings, because you have to re-orient yourself with North-South, East-West and it can be easy to inadvertently change a setting or sometimes seems to take more than one try to change the pattern. Most of my use was using this on my partner during oral and foreplay, so I didn't have much trouble hitting the settings I wanted. I did fumble around a bit using it solo.

There is a light beneath the control button that lights up briefly to alert you when you turn Liv on and turns red when low on battery power and need to charge it. It blinks white while charging too, until complete.

The battery is long lasting. About 2 hrs of play time on a 1.5-2hr charge. Simply amazing.

Gigi is rechargeable, which is great if you hate replacing batteries. I am amazed at how long it lasts on a charge. It gets around 2 hrs of playtime on a charge. Charging is somewhere around 2 hrs.

The Silicone is easy to clean and can be sterilized with 10% bleach solution, soaking in a cup of hot water, or scrubbing with antibacterial soap and/or toy cleaner.

EF recommends not using silicone lube with silicone toys or it can degrade the material. You can try a spot test if you insist on silicone lube.

You can store in the box or the included cloth pouch if you want to keep dust from attracting itself to your Gigi.

Lelo toys come with a 1 year warranty from Lelo if anything goes wrong and offer a 50% discount for 10 years if your toy fails. It's nice to know when you are spending this kind of money on a toy.

Lelo's packaging is first rate and luxurious. The outside sleeve has a sleek picture of Gigi (in your favorite color) on the cover (in beautiful vibrant turquoise, in our case). Then you have the standard minimalist blue Lelo storage box, which could be used for bedside storage. The toy sits within a foam cutout for security. Included with the toy are: Charger, storage pouch, lube sample, warranty card and instructions. Everything you could ask for. Just one of the many reasons we love Lelo products. Pure luxury!

The box is recyclable, but can also be used for storage or a gift box. It is not discreet as their is a photo of the toy on the packaging. The storage box is minimalist though, so it could be left out for storage. Only someone familiar with the Lelo name, would recognize what it might be.

This is a fabulous toy. It hits the G-spot well, as designed. It take a little work to insert, because my girlfriend is pretty tight, but a bit of saliva or lube makes it easier. You have to experiment with different angles to see what works for you. It is one of our regular toys. We find rocking it side to side when inserted, while doing oral sex on the clit works wonders, or a gentle tug front to back works too. The power is more than adequate and the silicone is fabulous.
