Being that this was the first time either my wife or I have ever used a vibrator, we don't really have a comparison to use. It was not an awful experience and we will use it again in the future. I think this is a rather good buy for the price, as it is a welcomed addition to anyone's collection. The noise level is still a turn-off for myself, but really no other complaints from me on the product itself.
My wife has tried this toy, and I also used it on her during one of our play times. This toy is best used on the clitoris and the g-spot. The toy is small in diameter, making it quite easy for the first time user. It is waterproof as she used it in the shower with no signs of water entering, and it continued to perform. It has only two speed settings which make it quite easy to operate, but the difference between the two settings is not extremely noticeable. It is made of a hard plastic which can make it difficult to reach the desired spot inside, especially for the first-timer.
This toy is definitely for the beginning user and for the most part, I would say, on oneself. As far as couples' play, it's more of a starting out toy than one made to bring things to orgasmic climax. This toy is not intended for any anal play due to its design. It is very easy to clean and it's made from plastic so bacteria isn't much of an issue.
This toy is a bit noisy for my taste and my wife's as well. I would suggest using this in the shower (water being the catalyst to drown the sound out) if you're concerned about others hearing it.
The Jungle-g is made from a sturdy plastic that is hypoallergenic and phthalates free. It is smooth to the touch and also waterproof. It has a completely smooth finish with a small curvature at the end to help in reaching the g-spot. It does have an interesting pattern on it that does reflect its name, and Jungle-g was not as bad looking as I thought it was going to be.
Its small diameter and one button control make it perfect for beginners, but it is lacking for people who are more experienced. There was no smell to it and nothing to taste. It has a convenient hook at its base for hanging in the bathroom.
The design is that of other g-spot vibrators. It has a small diameter, making it not as effective as others for the more advanced user. It isn't a toy designed as easily for travel due to the eight and a half inch length. The hard, unbending plastic housing makes it something you could not just throw in a purse and discreetly go on your way.
I do believe that the three and a half inch diameter is a little small for the normal user. That being said, it did work well as a clitoral stimulator as this is how I used it with my wife.
There are two speed settings controlled with one button which makes it easy to use. Although it has two speed settings, though, there isn't much of a difference between the two. I also found it to be quite noisy at any speed. It does put out a very strong vibration that is pleasurable, though.
This all being said, I wouldn't recommend it for a place where privacy is concerned and if you are used to toys, but it would be nice for the beginner, especially in the tub or shower.
The Jungle-g was very easy to use. The batteries (which are AA) go into the base which is easily unscrewed. However, removing the batteries can cause you to slap it around a bit. It has one convenient button which controls the two speeds and the off. The button is located on the base which makes controlling it quite easy. Again, even though it has two speed functions, from my point of view, there isn't much difference between the two.
The vibrations are sent up the entire length of its body, including the tip. Through my wife's usage in the tub, no water leaked into the battery compartment and its use underwater was comparable to its use outside of water. It comes with an o-ring at the base which seals water out. The toy was extremely noisy on both speed settings and the difference in vibration was negligible.
The best this toy has to offer is the ease of use, ease of cleaning and its controls are extremely easy. I recommend this toy only to the first time users and its price is affordable.
The waterproof Jungle-g vibrator has a solid plastic body. It is easy to clean with toy cleaner or normal soap and water, but I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher. The one I have has shown no sign of leakage from use in the tub. It can easily be hung with the convenient hook or be stored with the rest of one's toys. The batteries should be removed for long periods of no use and be replaced when they become weak.
The plastic body is compatible with all types of lube used. We have tried various types and found that the smoothness makes it easy and comfortable, though the hard body could make some sore during extended use.
The packaging for the item in no way is discreet. The toy itself was made in China and is of a cheaper quality. There is a warning sticker that came on the base, but it is hard to read. The box has quite a few languages on it all saying the word vibrator, or so I believe as I don't speak those languages. The front of the package has the name and says it's waterproof and has a picture of a woman on it. The product is from California Exotic. It did, however, ship in a very discreet box.
I would like to emphasize that it's more for the beginner, but I send my thanks to EdenFantasys for sending this free of charge with another order, and it will be used.
The toy was too thin in diameter and too hard for extended use. It is really waterproof though, so it meets its claim.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it2 months after original review
My wife and I still use the Jungle-G from time to time. I stand by my opinion that it's mostly made for the beginner. It's not the most favorite one in our toy box, but it still keeps a place there.
It's a great toy for someone experimenting with G-Spot stimulation. It has the advantage of having a hard body, so it can apply pressure to that special spot. Even medium to advanced users can appreciate the fact it can apply added pressure.
For someone starting out, or for someone on a tight budget, the Jungle-G can fit the bill. At a price of $19.99, I would say it's worth it! It's easy on batteries, too.

Thanks for the honest review. (Still kicking myself in the butt for not taking EF up on the free offer.) Guess I will have to add it to my wishlist and wait to get it.

Thanks for the review. This wasn't my first toy, and this is pretty average as far as vibrators are concerned.
Cheers on the review
