This works fairly well externally for clitoral stimulation, or insertion for G-spot stimulation. It's a bit awkward at first, but once I figured out the best positioning, it's all right. Holding it on my clit "just so" to get a little bit of stimulation, sort of killed it for me.

It's made of hard plastic that's very smooth. The ring close to the spoon head is made of metal and caught a little upon insertion. The plastic cap is difficult to twist on and off for battery insertion.

The Heart Racer is shaped well for holding against your clit or for pressing against your g-spot. Unfortunately, the raised heart shape on the little spoon makes it difficult to get it right where you need it.

The twist-on vibrations that increase in intensity would be great, IF the twister on the battery cap was made better. I had trouble getting it to twist-on at all the first time I used it, then it wouldn't twist off - and sometimes the vibration intensity doesn't increase/decrease with the twisting.
It's not very noisy, but it in't necessarily quiet either.
The vibrations are not strong at all, and are focused at the spoon-shaped tip.

This toy is very easy to care for and can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and water, or a 1/10 bleach mixture, as long as it isn't submerged.
