Over the years I have bought and throw away just about every type of lube on the market. I tend to be allergic to things and also pretty sensitive to strong chemical smells, so I'm pretty accustomed to having to shop around a bit for anything that goes on my skin. But finding the perfect lube evaded me. Either there was an odd smell, or some chemical that irritated me or my partner, or a tacky, sticky feeling when the lube started to dry out. Frequently, the lubes don't seem to last very long, it seems like reapplication was necessary pretty frequently. I didn't think the perfect lube was out there.

But it was! I bought a bottle of Wet Naturals Beautifully Bare Lube. It had everything I was looking for. It is practically fragrance free. There is a small hint of fragrance to it, but it is so subtle that it really isn't noticeable. It is water based, so it is safe with condoms and toys. It is Paraben free (which is a petrochemical that is very toxic and is in many cosmetic and skin type of products). It doesn't have much of a flavor which is something that my husband and I are particularly happy with. Also, it feels really nice as it contains moisturizers.

When used during sex or with toys this lube lasts a nice long time without drying out. It doesn't get sticky or tacky either. It's not a very thick lube, in consistency, it's more a liquid than a gel. I've used it as massage oil. I do think it is a bit pricey, but that's ok because a little of this lube goes a long way. This little bottle will last a long time! My husband and I don't use any other type of lube, Wet Naturals Beautifully Bare is the best!!
