Pirates Katsuni's Revenge of the Sea rabbit, ye scurvy mate, ye should be made to walk the plank! Well, mateys, needless to say, Katsuni's Revenge of the Sea is not going to be shiverin' me timbers any time soon. At first glance you have the impression that this rabbit is going to rock your world; alas, it didn't even cause a ripple in mine. It's a big ole boy at a whopping 9 3/4 inch length and 5 1/2 inch circumference with a 5 inch insertable length. Anyone who has read my previous reviews knows I like some girth; this one delivers! Oh, there are plenty of bells and whistles: Nubbed, rotating beads, ribbed, a textured and rotating head, squid-shaped rabbit with flailing tentacles. There are multiple speeds for both the shaft and the rabbit that run the typical gamut from steady vibrations to multiple types of pulsations. Food-grade material, latex- and phthalates-free, and hypo-allergenic are some positive features. Also, it is splashproof. Pretty red rhinestones are cute, but not necessary. It's not like I am going wear it like jewelry or carry it around like a clutch purse.

I'm not normally a big fan of rabbit vibes with little animal-shaped vibes, and Katsuni's Revenge of the Sea was not winning points with me in this department. Well, I had a slight change in attitude and found a soft spot in my heart for that little vibrating octopus waving his tiny tentacles up at me. That cute little guy and I have come up with a compromise where he makes me happy and I continue to keep him around.

Even though I found the vibration feature of this toy totally lacking, it can be used as a thrusting toy. It works just great this way. You just have an adorable sea creature along for the ride! I will keep this toy in my arsenal, but it is definitely not one I reach for right away. The price is also a little hefty.

My first use with Katsuni's Revenge of the Sea was highly anticipated but took a dismal turn. Due to the girth, you definitely need some water-based lube with this baby! Once inserted, I turned it on and thought, "Well, blow me down, this sucks!" The vibrations and rotating beads and head were barely perceptible. At first I couldn't even tell it was moving. So having written off the shaft portion, I focused on the rabbit vibe. Once again, there was disappointment.

My anatomy seems to be such that most rabbit vibes, when fully inserted, have the rabbit sitting way up on my mons, nowhere close to my clit. So I look down with dismay at this poor little kraken beating the heck out of my pubic area and give up for the time being.

My second encounter with Revenge of the Sea went slightly better. I had given up on the shaft completely, but I had a soft spot for my little squid friend. So I compromised and held the head of the shaft vertically against the mattress and pressed the rabbit vibe against my clit. Hark, we just discovered gold! This seemed do the trick, but there was a lot of work and concentration that went into it!
