This arrived in the mail in the brown discreet box. Inside, it was in the clear plastic bag and came with the mesh black see-through storage bag. The strongest vibrations are felt at the tip of the head and in the ears of this. The further you go down, the less vibrations you feel. You can feel some in the cap of the toy, but it's not too bad.
