Talk about titillating.
These nipple clamps are durable, add sensitivity, are long enough to tug on during sex and manage to look beautiful in the process. They'd be a great addition to a sexy little costume or even just by themselves. The quality of these clamps makes them well worth the price.

Pros
Sturdy, pretty and affordable.
Cons
May not stay well on smaller nipples.
My interest in nipple clamps has been peaked recently. I was very pleased to find this set, which is both pretty and functional. I placed my order and waited for the next day when they arrived with my other toys.
They arrived in plastic packaging that pops open. No scissors required. There was nothing overtly sexual on the box, though it did say 'beaded nipple clamps' on the top. On the back there was a photograph with a couple of other sets of nipple clamps, both very pretty as well. There wasn't any indication of what kind of materials the clamps were made of. Just a catchy little phrase about titillation, a 'Made in China' stamp and a small code about being 18 years old to purchase this product. It would be possible to be allergic to either the rubber tips on the ends of the clamps or the metal itself, so if you have any allergies it would be wise to maybe check the PHS international site or call the company before using.
Once I made notes about all the packaging and details for my review, I went ahead and tried them on. They were a little difficult to adjust at first, but they become easier once the metal had been played with a bit. They are definitely a lot easier to put on if you've already stimulated your nipples so that they're erect. They fit just fine on my nipples, which would probably be considered a medium size, but we were unable to get them to stay on my husband's small nipples.
The rubber tips come off to reveal some tiny metal teeth, which are nice if you prefer a little rougher nipple play. The tips also easily slide back over the teeth, which is something I was curious about. The clamps themselves are about 3 inches long, with the beads being about 2 inches long. A little larger than expected, honestly, perhaps a little overwhelming if you've got smaller breasts. If you wanted to wear these under your clothes in public, you might want to remove the beads. They're attached with a tiny metal ring, similar to a key ring, and can easily be taken off and put back on. Also nice if your partner isn't too thrilled about beads dangling from their nipples.
As for the functionality of these clamps, they do their job. The pressure can be adjusted to your liking and you can use them with or without the rubber tips. This is good for people, like myself, who are just getting acquainted with nipple toys. I'm sure that it would be a nice addition to most anyone's collection as well. The clamps themselves are a decent weight. The beads aren't too heavy, and the length is nice for tugging or pulling if you like. They also spin around and graze your skin during sex. This is pretty to watch and creates a nice, steady tugging sensation.
For me, the clamps added to the sensitivity of my nipples. Every touch, lick or tickle was wonderful. The only issue I had with the clamps was when I removed them. They were a little painful to take off. I'm not sure if it was the rubber sticking to my nipple and pulling the skin when I took them off or maybe if I had the clamps on too tightly for my first time. They still hurt to remove the next few times we've used them, but that doesn't take away from how nice they are during sex and foreplay.
Overall, they're a nice, sturdy set of clamps for the price. You won't be disappointed.

Follow-up commentary
4 months after original review
These have held up well over the past few months. Even with my kids finding them and accidentally bending the wires that hold the decorative beading. I have some experience with jewelry making so it was easy to fix. I don't use them very frequently because I don't enjoy the painful sensation of the blood rushing back into my nipple when they are removed, but they are fun to play dress up with every once in a while. Other than the slightly bent beading (which isn't the fault of the clamps) they are still gorgeous.
