It is neat how you can rotate the toy's head and shaft in different directions and the vibrations can be on or off independently on either end of the toy. That makes the number of uses for this toy almost limitless. Satisfyer says at least 29+ uses, and they include a picture instruction showing all the possibilities.

I used this one solo first and tried the toy on all my erogenous zones. I used the rotating head on my nipples, and the head of my penis and that felt great.
