The vibrations spread throughout the toy and are weakest in the middle and strongest at either end. Because of this, they can be easily directed to the spot you want them in. My Iconic Bullet came in a cute, simple, modern looking grayscale box. The box did have some instructions and writing on the sides of it, but it was not the kind of packaging that is re-usable.
