The vibrations are not buzzy and high pitched at all. They can felt all throughout the toy and are amazing strong and deep. I use Tango mostly on the medium setting and the roller coaster one. I find the highest vibration to be too strong and really have to work myself up to if I use it at all. The vibrations can be cycling through by a simple push button located on the bottom of the vibe, the button is easy to press while in use and in a good spot so you do not accidently push it.

As far as noise goes, it's far from silent but it's not high pitched and annoying. It can be heard through a blanket but not through a door.

The Tango is super easy to care for. It is waterproof so a quick bath of anti-bacterial soap.
