Stop, Drop, and Roll!
If you are looking solely for nipple stimulation, this product will tingle and cool its way into your favorites. However, if you want your partner to put his/her mouth on your nipples after; you are going to be out of luck due to the awful taste and smell. For the love of all things dear to you, do NOT put this near your "downstairs!"

Pros
Provides a strong cooling and tingling sensation on the nipples.
Cons
Runny. Too intense for other erogenous zones. Hard to wash off. Tastes awful. Smells awful.
The Climax Nipple Gel comes in a .5 fluid ounce tube. The tube is clear, while the actually fluid is pink-tinted. This is a bit perplexing to me as it seems that "mint flavored" is generally green and not pink. Another thing that I found perplexing was that this is mint flavored. Perhaps I didn't research the item well enough, but I did not notice this piece of information in all of the reviews.
Flavoring:
This tastes disgusting. There are really no words to describe how utterly horrible it was in my mouth. I spat it out immediately, and scrubbed my tongue. It was kind of plastic-tasting, kind of medicinal, and I'm not sure what else. Just know that wherever you put this, your partner will not be licking that area.
Scent:
This also smells really awful. It has a kind of rubbing alcohol smell that burns your nose a little bit.
The Intended Purpose:
Based on the name, I would say the sole purpose of this product is to stimulate the nipples. In this case, it definitely served its purpose. This is the only reason why I will give it a single star. Upon applying a small amount of gel to my nipples, there was a strong tingling and cooling sensation. It lasted for about 4 minutes. I proceeded to wash it off with only water. I could not feel any residue after. However, there must have been something left behind because after rinsing, it was like the gel was reactivated for a few more minutes. Even upon washing with soap and water, I could still feel a cooling sensation. Whether this is a pro or a con is up to you. If it happens to be too intense, you're going to have a hard time getting it off.
Packaging:
Climax Nipple Gel comes in the standard clamshell plastic casing. There is a picture of a woman with her breasts exposed and in panties on the front. It boasts that it is "Made in USA." The packaging is not discreet in the least, and the actual gel tube has "Climax" as the largest print on it. The top of the tube twists off like a toothpaste cap. Upon twisting the cap off, I proceeded to try to apply a few drops to my finger, but the gel is runny and spurted out. The cap gets messy easily due to the runny nature of the gel.
Ingredients:
DI Water,
Alcohol (Oh! That's where the smell comes from!)
Glycerin
Carbomer 940
Menthol
Tetrahydroxypropyl Ethylenediamine
Aspertame
Artificial Flavor
FD&C Red #40
Let's discuss the ingredients a bit...
DI Water is de-ionized water, which is not necessarily pure of contaminants.
Alcohol can be credited for the scent.
Glycerin can cause yeast infections and such in women, so once again, avoid other erogenous zones.
Carbomer 940 is a thickening agent (maybe it wasn't used efficiently in this product).
I'm hoping most of you know what menthol is!
Tetra E (as I'm going to call it) is actually used in many cosmetics, but it has been linked to dermatitis. Not a lot of information was available.
Aspertame is a sugar substitute (sugar near your downstairs is not good).
Finally, there is the flavoring and the coloring.

Experience
I actually found it useful that I could place this on my nipples, rinse the product off, and still receive some of the effects while not having my nipples taste disgusting and repel my partner.
Some of these ingredients have been known to cause yeast infections, but even after my failed erogenous attempt, I didn't experience this. I'd still be cautious if you plan to try this "downstairs," against my advice.
I applied a small amount of this gel to my clitoris, and that's where the stop, drop, and roll title comes from. The burning sensation was so intense that I was actually a little panicked and may have said a few choice words. Since it is so hard to wash this gel off, I almost resorted to the stop, drop, and roll method of putting out a fire! Beware!

Follow-up commentary
9 days after original review
Oh, climax nipple gel...how you continually entice me with your good name and disappoint me with your character.
Not too much of a follow-up here. It still feels pretty good as a nipple gel. It also still tastes and smells awful. Plus, I'm pretty sure my clitoris may have actually hidden the last time I even looked at this.
I feel like I should mention that it should be stored out of sunlight or will discolor, though it's hard for mine to discolor in the back of my closet.
