As designed, these are, of course, nipple clamps. You could probably use them on the labia, earlobes or other wobbly bits that need a good pinch. They hide reasonably well under loose clothing, but definitely show up under a tee shirt or anything clingy.

They will work best on nipples that are cylindrical shaped (like a pencil eraser). They don't work as well on pointy male nipples; they tend to slide off with even a light tug, unless you put them so tight you're looking at serious blood flow issues after a few minutes.

These are well made, out of mostly metal and a small amount of plastic on the very tips of the tweezers. The chain is a nice shiny chrome plate. It's not heavy duty metal; you won't be lifting people off the ground with this chain, but it's heavy enough to resist a determined sub pulling on it to break it - with one exception, the small metal ring that connects the actual tweezers to the chain is relatively lightweight and bends open. If you are serious about your play, I would recommend upgrading to a heavy duty ring.

The tips of the tweezers are curved inwards towards each other, like a pair of parenthesis. This curve works great on larger round cylinder nipples, not so great on pointy ones. The tips are covered with a smooth black plastic to cover the edges of the metal and help prevent the tweezers from slipping off.

Besides slipping off smaller nipples, the other issue I had with these is that they are hard to adjust. The little ring that slides up and down the tweezers arms to provide closing pressure doesn't slide smoothly. You can be trying to make a slight adjustment and not get the ring to move it all. You push a little harder and suddenly it's sliding way down the arm, applying way more pressure then you intended.

You can make these from "I don't really feel that" tight to "OMG, leave the nipples attached!" tight, or anywhere inbetween.
