If you are new to weighted balls and not sure what kind to get, these are a great option. The price is low and the benefits are high.

Pros
Good for new users, definitely worked out my muscles and they are cheap!
Cons
They take a little time to get used to. I don't really like the string.
This is my very first time using weighted balls. Ever. I've had a child so I thought I would be loose. Then again, that was five years ago, so maybe I'm not? I got these because they were inexpensive and I didn't know what I was doing. Surprisingly enough, I think they are perfect for a first-timer. Reasons being: they are fairly large, making them easier to hold on to, and they have a string. I don't think the string actually helps anything but it does make you feel like they won't get stuck anywhere.
I don't need the string. I have to fight to keep them IN. I don't think this is a problem with the product because I can FEEL my muscles contracting to hold them and I can feel my muscles doing absolutely nothing when they are making their way out. It is completely my lack of kegels that makes them difficult to keep in. After one day of use I can feel a little difference in my muscles. With continued use I'm sure I will get to where I don't even have to think about it.
I used Mood lube to put them in. I probably didn't have to use lube but it made my first time very easy. The balls themselves are smooth and I like the way the weights feel, which is a lot like the Chinese hand balls you see at the store. For an advanced user, I would imagine these are a bit too large and too light. Also, I don't see a reason for the string except to give a first time user peace of mind. They are easy to clean, and not noisy at all. I didn't have any problems wearing them all day and no one was the wiser. These are a good buy if you are new to weighted balls. The leopard design is pretty awesome too.

Experience
A friend of mine came over while I was wearing these. I thought I'd get some housework done and work out at the same time! I found myself having to sit down every time I laughed. I didn't really feel any sexual stimulation with them in, but they are AMAZING when paired with a vaginal vibrator!
