I found this toy to be mildly okay for teasing, but not as stimulating as other toys. On a woman, it would stimulate the clit and g-spot, if positioned correctly. On a man it can stimulate beneath the balls and at the entrance of the anus. This could be ideal in a situation with one partner tied up and the other using this to tease them.

The material is soft to the touch, and it's rather flexible. The parts meant to stimulate the clit or be inserted have nubs all over them, while the rest of the toy is smooth. Given that it's not really meant for thrusting in and out, the nubs at the tip don't offer that much in the way of stimulation. For rubbing across the body and other sensitive areas they do make a difference, however.
