So Impressed!
Fantastic results from a comfortable exerciser. This isn't exactly a toy, so if that's what you are looking for, you might be disappointed.

Pros
Easy to use, comfortable, discreet, great results, easy to clean
Cons
Strictly an exerciser, not much of a toy, cannot boil
This was my first experience with an actual Kegel exerciser. I have been doing Kegels for years, but had never attempted to insert anything. I found this exerciser to be comfortable and easy to use. Let's start with the beginning.
My package arrived with the usual beautiful Je Joue packaging. The outer box is a cardboard deal with a photo on the front showing the contents. The inner box is a heavier black cardboard with the company logo embossed on the top with black satin ribbons for closure. The inner box is worthy of display on the dresser and I think it really speaks to the quality of the item. I tossed the outer box and have kept the inner box and currently use that to store the exercisers. Upon opening the box, three exercisers are displayed. The box has an insert that clearly labels the exercisers as I, II, and III. If I had never bothered to read the instructions, I would have known from the labels alone which exerciser corresponded with which level of exercise difficulty. Despite the fact that I am not an idiot, I do get intimidated by products from time to time so as a first-time user, I really appreciate that type of labeling.
Physically and aesthetically, the products are attractive. They are all a deep purple and have plastic loops for easy removal and exercise use. The products are made from medical grade silicone. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot use silicone-based lubes with this product without ruining the silicone covering. However, I didn't use a lube for this product since I felt that the whole point of Kegel exercises is so you can grip and squeeze the product. That said, as I write this, I wonder if using a water-based lube might actually increase the level of difficulty and make it even more useful -- that may be a good follow-up review idea.
So, my first response to the product was that I was slightly freaked out. I am relatively new to toys and certainly new to exercisers. The freaked out portion came from looking at the level one exerciser. It's diameter measures 1.5" and I was a bit concerned about whether it would fit comfortably (luckily, it did, but I had to tell myself to relax). When I read the instructions included in the package, it suggested inserting the exerciser and sitting on the edge of a chair or bed and pulling on the plastic loops while using the PC muscles to grip the exerciser. Had I not read that, I would have just assumed that this was an insert-and-go item -- which they are, but this brings a whole new level of intensity to the workout. The level one exerciser as an insert-and-go thing would have been entirely too easy for me and would not have offered any benefits, but as a vaginal tug-of-war item, it totally worked! I could actually feel my PC muscles working.
With a 1.25" diameter and 3.5" length, the level two Ami was a bit easier to insert. The level two shape reminded me of a peanut. This offered a whole new level of exercise. The insert-and-go thing worked better for me than the tug-of-war thing. I think this is due to the fact that my muscles weren't ready for the tug-of-war game, so the insert and squeeze thing was the first item of the docket for me. After a day or two of that, I was ready to pull on the loops.
The smaller peanut-shaped level three Ami is, of course, the most difficult exerciser. It is just over an inch in diameter (1.16") with a 3" length and was easy to insert. I am still working the insert-and-squeeze deal with this one. I may end up going back to the level two just so I can really make sure I am ready for the third level, but I am nonetheless excited to graduate to the third level.
You have probably noticed that the review above discusses the Ami as an exerciser. My experience with this product did not include using this as a toy. When I inserted the level one, I did notice that I could feel the ball moving a bit inside me, but while it was not an unpleasant experience, it wasn't something that was pleasurable in an orgasmic sense. In regards to the other two levels, I could feel the products but the feeling was more of a reminder to squeeze. If you are looking for a toy, this may not be it for you.
As far as this product goes, it did increase noticeably increase the strength of my PC muscles and make my orgasms more intense, so I would highly recommend its use.

Experience
For me, this product really worked. I can tell a difference in the strength of my muscles and my orgasms have gotten better (hooray!). My boyfriend noticed a difference within the first week. I had a great time squeezing him in the middle of sex and he very clearly enjoyed himself. I hadn't told him about the exerciser prior to making love because I didn't know if he would be able to tell any difference and I didn't want to set false expectations. Afterwards, I got questioned: had I been reading new technique books? What was going on and what had I discovered? At that point, I told him about the Ami. He is considering writing the manufacturer a thank you note. I am thrilled for both of us and that, for me, defines this as a fantastic product!
Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
Not only do I still like these exercisers, I think I love them even more. I have yet to try any others since these are everything I want and then some. My strength has markedly improved and both my boyfriend and I are very happy customers.
