So close, yet so far
The Snugglepuss is a great idea. It isn't executed perfectly, but it does get the job done (it will take some work on your part, though).

Pros
Dual stimulation, made of silicone
Cons
Inaccessible battery compartment, weak vibrations, only one speed
The Snugglepuss is what I would call a great concept executed with mediocrity. When I received this pink, nubby vibrator, the first thing I noticed was how frail it looked. The g-spotting head was substantial enough, but the clitoral fin and the curved piece of plastic connecting them seemed fragile. In order to operate this vibrator, you first have to roll back the silicone covering on the clitoral attachment to reach the battery compartment; then, you have to remove a plastic tab so that the batteries can create a circuit. The entire time I was rolling the silicone back, I was afraid I would snap the plastic articulated part of the tail underneath the silicone.
Another slightly odd thing about this vibrator is that to turn it on, all you have to do is pull the head and the tail apart and the vibrations start automatically. There's no on/off switch. That means that the vibrations are going before and during insertion of this toy. And during insertion, since the head and the tail have to be pulled apart fairly widely, I kept worrying I'd accidentally snap something.
The vibrations the Snugglepuss produces are not particularly strong and there is only one speed. It's pretty quiet, though. The vibes were stimulating enough to get the job done eventually, but I had to do a lot of the work. Additionally, while the head felt nice inserted, it didn't quite hit my g-spot: this is probably a purely individual anatomical thing. In the end, I managed to get off using this toy, but the experience was slightly frustrating. I inserted it lying on my back, and then sat up and rocked back and forth on the edge of my bed. I had to adjust the Snugglepuss constantly, and at certain angles the vibration would stop entirely (I assume this was because the head and the tail of the vibrator got too close to each other). Needless to say, having the vibration suddenly cut out for no reason did not lead to a check in the positive column.
In addition to a practically inaccessible battery compartment (I'm actually kind of afraid of changing the batteries), this toy uses watch batteries, so be aware of this. The Snugglepuss is made of silicone, so it can be sterilized: I'd recommend wiping it down with 10% bleach solution, since boiling and the dishwasher are out of the question due to the mechanical innards. Soap and water should do the trick if you're not planning on sharing, but just be careful since the silicone covering does pull away from the inside of the toy and you could easily get water inside. It does tend to pick up lint, so be sure to wipe it down before each use.
All in all, the Snugglepuss is a really cool idea. I love the idea of dual stimulation that isn't a rabbit vibrator. And the Snugglepuss does do the job... eventually. It might be a good choice for someone who doesn't need strong vibrations to get off. I just really can't get over the feeling that I'm going to accidentally break it. In all fairness, though, I haven't actually broken it, so maybe it's more robust than I'm giving it credit for. It's losing a star each for weak vibes and general awkwardness.

Thank you for viewing Snugglepuss – g-spot vibrator discontinued review page!
Good review!
@ Luscious Lily: I completely agree. As it is, the cover is in two pieces, both of which are REALLY tight--makes it very difficult to get at the battery compartment.
