At first, it took awhile to get use them due to the size (approximate size is if you make a circle with your thumb and finger for each ball). However, once you get them in correctly, you get use to them quickly. Smart balls are two balls that are joined with a small link and a loop, which allows you to pull gently on them for increased strength and for removal. Inside, the balls are weighted which allows slight vibration when you move. The best part of this is you can wear them and no one will notice, unless you want them to. It's a toy I love to spread the word about and it's really held up to the test of time.
I have to put a disclaimer here, I've always been able to orgasm easier then most people.
