Smart Balls
These smart balls are a great product. I learned a lot about my PC muscles and how to contract them. Very worth it, and I would definitely recommend this product.

Pros
made out of silicone, they stay in place, G-Spot stimulation
Cons
slightly too big for me, removal can be tricky at first
I'm going to start off by saying that these balls are a bit large in diameter, so they can be uncomfortable if you are tight or not aroused. I would suggest using water based lube for insertion, not silicone lube! They have small weights inside that roll around, which I believe help to make the PC muscles contract. I immediately felt my pelvic muscles start to contract once I stood up and started walking! :)
I noticed the first time I wore them, I got wet from walking up the stairs! They also stimulate the G-Spot! They are very stimulating. They don't have a smell, and they are made out of silicone, which is safe for the body. I like to boil them so they are nice and clean. The texture is smooth with no rough edges. These smart balls are not too heavy, and are really fun to wear anywhere. I also clean them with a sex toy cleaner and warm water. Running them under warm water before insertion makes them feel more comfortable. Bearing down and squatting when removing makes it easy to get them out, pulling straight down doesn't work so well for me, as these don't just slip out. As these are a little larger I don't recommend them to virgins or beginners.
I enjoyed the way these felt inside me. They really stimulate all of the areas of the vagina, especially the G-Spot. Walking around with them in feels pretty nice, especially going up the stairs. Working out on an elliptical machine with them in seems like a great idea, or playing any kind of sports. They are comfortable and no one knows you are wearing them, which is a serious turn on. I really like how good they feel when sitting down also, rocking back and forth increases stimulation and is very arousing.
