I think his toy is best used for Kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor. These two little balls can really be used anywhere because you insert them and mostly forget about them. I like to use them when doing normal, everyday tasks like cleaning and walking. These are certainly for vaginal use only. While I have heard of some using Kegel balls during intercourse, I have not tried it, so I cannot comment on the use of these in that regard. I find I can keep these in several hours, but depending on how active you are about engaging your muscles, you may find less time works better for you. Since there is no retrieval cord, these can either be removed with your fingers, or by pushing them out.

These are nice quality, glass balls. They resemble over-sized marbles, with a nice flower design inside. The glass is completely smooth with no ridges or seams. The store box just looks like a standard jewelry box; from the outside, no one would know it contained Kegel balls. The glass holds temperature, and therefore these are cold to the touch at first. I find the coolness to be pleasant, but they can be warmed with water if necessary. These are completely nonporous, with no smell.

I think these are great for most users. I have another set of Kegel balls that is much larger, but the smaller size is almost more of a challenge to keep in. I personally like that these don't have a string. It makes them much easier to wash, and then I know they are completely clean. You could travel very easily with these. The box will protect them, as it is padded with foam. The box is very discreet, and unless someone knew otherwise, the balls really just look like oversized marbles.

These basically functioned as I expected. They go in easily and make you engage your muscles to keep them in. I would suggest wearing good fitting panties with these, at least the first few times you use them, because you may not be able to hold the balls in.

After leaving these in for your desired amount of time, you can remove them and wash them with your desired soap or toy cleaner. I like to use antibacterial soap, and make sure it is all washed off. They can then be dried and stored in the storage box. Because these are quite small, you may not need to use lube with them. However, if you choose to, you can apply whatever lube you prefer.
