SinFive Quality Shines Through
For many of us sex-toy fanatics out there, we know variety is the spice of life. The Akmeo fits in nicely, it shares the better characteristics of other SinFive vibes (strong & waterproof) and has the unique a-spot hook that is soft enough for comfortable A-spot action.

Pros
Power, power & more power - in a quality waterproof vibe
Cons
Not easy to hit the G-spot
When the Akmeo showed up - I was a bit underwhelmed. After loading the batteries and testing out the vibes, I just felt that not enough vibration made it to the - tip - and the tip seemed rather flacid to me.
Since my wife loves the Vuali so much, we just didn't get around to trying Akmeo for a couple months. My curiosity finally got the best of me - and the results were a pleasant surprise.
First lets cover the basics - it's dimensions are exactly as advertised, the packaging is a cut above and it comes with a needed instruction manual that describes the multitude of on-off and vibration modes. The modes are vibrate, pulsate and roller coaster - with 6 levels of intensity.
We don't use the roller-coaster or pulsate vibes - my wife just likes it straight and powerful - and SinFive delivers this on all of their vibes. You may want, if your trying to decide what SinFive to try out first, to check out my review of the Vuali [https://www.edenfantasys.com/sex-toy-reviews/vibrators/sinfive-vuali-a-true-must-have-vibe].
As with the Vuali, the Akmeo is obviously a quality product. It has great weight and balance feel and is definitely waterproof as advertised - go ahead and lather it up and put it under hot water for a thorough cleaning.
I consider the vibe quiet - but that's based on two things, 1st we mostly use it for internal stimulation and 2nd, the power-to-noise ratio. Many vibes make much more noise with no where near as much power.
The cover of this vibe has a smooth but velvety texture. The tip is small and tapered with a g-spot 'hook'. The taper eases entry up to the 1.5" diameter shaft - which is straight right to the base. The 1.5" is about perfect for my wife unless she's looking for that full feeling that calls for the 2" O2 Revolution or 1.75" Fun Factory Tiger.
The g-spot hook doesn't really work for G-spot stimulation - at least not for my wife. There are two things that make this toy work well. 1st the soft tip makes deep A-spot stimulation easy - without any undo banging on her cervix. 2nd is just the raw power. The vibrations are concentrated near the base - landing them near the vaginal opening where there are lost of nerve endings. Cranked up on 5 or 6 causes the vibrations to seem to transfer directly to the pelvic bone - then radiate out through the whole groin area.
The effects of this power is something Akeo shares with Vuali and is crucial to the effectiveness of both.

Experience
Recently my wife has been craving dual-vibes - one penetrating and one for her clit. Lanny's Vivid Dreams is her hands down choice for a clit vibe - but for penetration there are now several that work well including the Akmeo & Vuali.
The Akmeo is more of an A-spot than G-spot stimulator - but that's fine because my girl loves to have her A-spot worked pretty hard!
The experience left her writhing with pleasure - when she could finally speak again it wasn't 'that was nice' - it was 'OMG - that was amazing!'.
Need I say more?

Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
The Akmeo suffers from our over stuffed toy drawer - it doesn't get a lot of use - but when we use it, the Akmeo always delivers a very satisfying experience.
We still think it deserves 4 stars. The key features remain strong quiet vibrations in a high quality waterproof package that will last for a very long time.
