The silky silicone, ergonomic shape, strong vibrations, and easy to use buttons all seduced me into giving this four stars. If a new, waterproof version comes out I will be first in line to buy it because I love this toy aside from the fact that it isn't waterproof.

Pros
Vibrations are great, Rechargeable, Great shape
Cons
NOT WATERPROOF, Too expensive for not being waterproof
Lelo's Siri is a rechargeable vibrator for providing clitoral and other external stimulation on, say, nipples, labia, a perineum, or the head of a penis. You could even use it as a body massager for tired muscles. It's discreet enough that no one would likely suspect its original purpose. It's comfortable to hold and provides stimulation that is not quite pinpoint but not overly broad either. Yeah, Goldilocks would definitely choose this toy.
The range of vibration strength makes this a good toy for people of any level of experience with toys and vibration preferences. I like them strong, so I use this toy turned up pretty strong. Someone who doesn't would enjoy the lower levels. This is also a good toy for people who enjoy patterns with their vibrators, as it does have six patterns to play with.
People who live with others or who can't stand the noise vibrators often make will appreciate Siri's quietness.
The only thing this toy isn't suitable for is internal stimulation. It isn't a particularly good shape for going into a vagina and putting Siri in your butt would just be a disaster all around.
This toy is made primarily out of white plastic, with the front portion being of silicone. This part comes in red, pink, or purple. I ordered a red one for myself.
I have no qualms with the material. I own plastic toys and think of plastic as a relatively safe option. The silicone portion is even safer, and I like that the business end of this toy is made of such a good material.
My Siri came with no strange odors or tastes.
Let's talk about the silicone part. I assume most of you have handled plastic objects before and know what hard plastic feels like. Some silicone toys are squishy, others seem like a hard object with a thin layer of silicone. Siri feels more like the second. The tip has no give, but the silicone provides a delightfully silky surface. The silicone portion has a very light seam that can't be felt during use.
The plastic part is where the controls and the charging hole are located, with the former being on top and the latter situated on the bottom.
As should be expected from a high-end toy such as this, Siri is hypo-allergenic, latex-free, and has no smell or taste that I could pick up.
I love the design. I love that it feels perfectly comfortable in my hand and doesn't make it numb like other toys I own. The size is ergonomic and just big enough to provide nice stimulation to the entire genital area if so desired. Siri is about 3 and 3/4 of an inch long, and 1 and 3/4 of an inch thick.
The shape is that of an elongated, thick oval. The look is quite discreet in my opinion. I've seen body massagers sold in vanilla stores that look much more like sex toys than Siri. I'm confident I could explain it away as one if someone came across it.
I also really love that this toy comes in at least one color that isn't purple or pink.
The toy is controlled with four buttons on top. The buttons with the arrow facing up and down control the patterns. The buttons with "+" and "-" signs control the power of the vibrations as well as turn it on and off. To turn it on, press the "+" button. Pressing it further increases the power. If you want to turn it down a notch or turn it off completely, use the "-" button. Just be careful, it has a tendency to turn down very fast so go slow and don't hold it down too long unless you want to turn the toy off completely.
The patterns are fun but rather hard to describe. The first two are pulses with space in between them if that makes sense. After that, they are more complex. Most vibes with patterns I've experienced uses patterns like the first two so it was fun encountering one that had more interesting ones as well.
Siri is rechargeable using a charger that plugs into the wall. It charges fully in 2 hours. You get around four hours of play out of this. This is more than enough for me! I hate rechargeable toys that take forever to charge then die after only one session. I can keep going with Siri.
The buttons glow white when Siri is charged, and glow red when running out of power.
You can lock Siri for travel by holding the "+" and "-" buttons together for a few seconds. Repeat this, or simply recharge Siri, when you want to unlock it.
I already mentioned Siri was quiet, but let's clarify what I meant. On the lower levels, Siri seems to make no sound at all. It only makes a low hum on the higher levels which is not heard at all through blankets.
This is the problem. Oh, yes. Siri would be very easy to take care of if she was waterproof. After all, silicone and plastic are safe materials to use (Indeed, my whole collection is plastic or silicone at this point.) and clean. Unfortunately, many methods of cleaning are wiped out by Siri's design. You can't douse it in soap and water because it will go up the hole in the back end where the charger goes. Using a toy cleaner spray would work, but you will have to be careful not to let it spray into that hole.
The best and easiest method for cleaning Siri by far is with an antibacterial cleaning wipe, but I found that after a heavy play session there was lube stuck around the charging hole that I couldn't get rid of without a q-tip. Ugh!
If you do use lube with Siri, remember not to use silicone-based lube as this toy does have a silicone portion. Water-based is the best to use with it, and is what I personally use with it.
Now, on to storage! Siri is small and discreet so it can be stored anywhere. You can definitely keep it in the box it comes in but if that doesn't suit your fancy it comes with a black, satin, drawstring bag as well.
It all came wrapped up in this lovely red box, as seen above.
It had information on the toy and a picture of Siri on the back.
Inside was a smaller, black box that can be used for storage. This held the toy, the charger, and other goodies.
As you can see above, I also got a sample of lube as well as instructions. That card had my serial number and instructions on how to register my product.
^ This is the storage bag that comes with the toy.
The combination of the vibrations being at the perfect mixture of rumbly and buzzy as well as the shape that makes it so easy to just lat Siri on your body and let it do the job is a winning one. By the time I finished playing with it last time, I had it up on the highest strength or right around there. I didn't feel like I needed more power though.
For me, it's not quite a hands-free vibe but I imagine it could be for some people!
Follow-up commentaryI still like it4 months after original review
I love Siri but I am still deeply annoyed over the lack of waterproofness so she's become less of my go-to toy in favor of ones I can take in the bath and clean thoroughly. I mean, one wouldn't think the buttons would get so dirty, but they do, and I want to really clean anything that's been down there and will be going there again. Infections are no fun!
So, Lelo? It's me, Gold Lion. I'm still waiting on the glory and wonder that Siri 2 could be. It's your move.
