This beautiful piece is made by Seven Til' Midnight and is a 87% polyester/13% spandex blend. As such, it is curve-hugging but not clingy. The material is soft and not scratchy in the least. Design-wise, it's very feminine and pretty. I think the design would appeal to a lot of women, whether they have a large collection of lingerie or are just starting out. It is very well-made, with no frayed threads or uneven stitching.

I decided to order the 1X/2X size, which turned out to be a great fit for my size-16, 200ish pound frame. I carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs, and the Galore Chemise and Thong skimmed over my bottom half without being too tight at all. According to the Size Chart, the measurements range for the 1X/2X should be as follows:

Cup D-DD
Bust 30-46
Waist 36-38
Hip 42-48

I feel that the measurement range is accurate, except for perhaps the cup size. I wear a B and the cups looked perfect on me. I think for much larger breasts, there might be some overflow. The chemise and thong felt very comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time. The straps didn't cut into my skin at all.

The Galore Chemise and Thong came packaged in a plastic bag, neatly folded. I have to say it's nice to not have an overabundance of unnecessary packaging to throw away.

For care, the tag states to machine wash in cold water and line dry. However, I always hand-wash my lingerie, so that is what I did. I think if you really wanted to machine wash it, it would be fine on gentle cycle in a lingerie bag.

The price is great for this set. $23.99 for a well-made, flattering chemise set? You can't go wrong.

The moment I saw the Galore Chemise and Thong set, I knew I had to have it. I'm glad that my instincts were correct. It is cute without being juvenile, sexy without being intimidating. My husband says it's one of his favorites that I own, and I would have to agree.

This piece is still part of the regular lingerie rotation. It has held up well to several (hand) washings. Just overall a great piece!
