Seduction: Need She Have a Point?

The Seduction was indeed seductive, but when it was time to perform, she couldn't deliver the stimulation I needed. She's fine as a vibrator, but as a penetrating toy, Seduction is a little too pointy for my tastes. Fully waterproof and packaged in an attractive tin, she would make a great gift for anyone... who isn't me.

extremely useful review
I received the Seduction by Evolved as a surprise gift. I was very impressed by its classy metal tin. I liked it so much, in fact, that, had it not been for the words on the side ("Waterproof", "Pthalate-Free", etc.) that pointed to the fact that it was obvious a sex toy tin, I might have even used it as my new pencil case. However, it was not to be, and Seduction kept her neat little tin to herself.

The Seduction itself is velvety smooth on the outside while its body is rigid. She is torpedo shaped with a single button at the very bottom that controls on/off and the three speeds. It cycles: On, Speed 1, Speed 2, Speed 3, and Off. In situations where someone might walk in RIGHT NOW!!! I just use Speed 3 (I like strong vibrations) and when I hear the door opening, I click it once and it turns off. Not the best ninja technique ever, but given my limits, I think it works pretty well.

While I love how the Seduction feels in my hand, I can't say the same for where she's "supposed" to go. The vibrations are delivered nicely all along the shaft, so using it as a stimulator for the clit and labia (and anything else that might need a little surface stimulation) works great. In penetration, however, I prefer toys with rounder heads as opposed to pointy, torpedo shaped heads. The latter makes me feel like I'm being poked sharply in the cervix.

I use this toy mostly in the shower, and Seduction is truly waterproof. You have to close her cap to its maximum tightness to protect the two AA batteries hiding inside, but this isn't something that you will likely forget. The Seduction is designed such that if the cap ISN'T closed as tight as it can go, the circuit does not complete and the toy will not run! It's a good safety feature.

To clean the Seduction, I just use a mild antibacterial soap and warm water. Since she's waterproof, it's easy to just wash her in the shower after I'm done. Plastic has a decent safety rating, but it cannot be sterilized, so if you're going to share this toy with a friend, it would be a good idea to cover with a condom. My boyfriend wanted to try it as an anal probe, but I deterred him from it, as this toy has no flanged base. It may be possible with a very watchful partner using it on you, but that is a risk I am not willing to take!

I have yet to experience an orgasm with Seduction. It's probably due to her unique shape. I haven't found the right angle yet to avoid the poking and attain true pleasure from penetration out of this toy. I'm hopeful, though, and will keep trying whenever I have time and some steamy erotica on hand.
