Scared the crap out of myself with these!
I figured that getting a set of balls to use for Kegels would be a great idea. I may slack in other areas, but I prefer to keep my vagina as healthy as possible. These are pretty neat, just don't make the mistake I did!

Pros
Smooth, shiny, weight feels nice, comes with a storage bag
Cons
Not easy to retrieve
I decided it was about time I purchased an item to help me do Kegels. I looked around at what EdenFantasys had available and I had enough points for, and decided on these. I was ecstatic when they arrived, and showed them off to my husband. He's completely obsessed with this kind of item, so he was very appreciative of my choice.
They come in your basic plastic clamshell deal, which is, of course, not remotely discreet though they do come with their own storage bag, which can be easily hidden or camouflaged among your possessions. The balls themselves, I would consider somewhat discreet-- it's not readily apparent what they are, and could be easily explained as the balls you rotate around your palm to strengthen your hand if anyone asks. Hell, you could probably use them for that purpose if you wanted to; the hubby tried it out and liked them. They have a nice heft to them, and if they weren't perfectly round, they would make some very pretty paperweights as well.
I decided to try them out while I was computer-surfing late at night. I slid one in, and after about 20 minutes or so, I added the second. They inserted very smoothly and felt quite nice inside. Once I'd finished up on the computer, I headed to bed. Since they do cause some sexual stimulation, I decided it would be fun to masturbate with them in. I didn't use any toys, just rubbed my clit while working the balls in my vagina.
When I was done, the surprise began. I couldn't get them out. I couldn't push them out, couldn't reach to pull/scoop them out, could not remove them at all while laying down or sitting up. It was really late and I was tired and didn't really want to wake my husband up by getting out of bed, so I just went to sleep. I'm not sure if that's healthy or not, but I've fallen asleep with a dildo or vibrator still inserted before without suffering ill effects, and I was perfectly fine the next day, both in past cases and this particular instance. I woke up, walked into the bathroom, stood while relaxing with my hand under my crotch, and they came right out. Whew!
I'm definitely not going to make that particular mistake again, but will continue to use them while walking/sitting in the home. I wouldn't use them while out and about, as they do make a bit of noise when they strike each other, and you may get questions as to why you're chiming.

Follow-up commentary
12 months after original review
I have actually found that sleeping with these inserted a couple times a week really helps strengthen my pelvic floor. They'll end up higher in my vagina in the morning, but will come to where I can get them out after I walk around a little bit.
